What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to set deadline and sign tasks to certain individuals to keep thing clear for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little difficult for older employees to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to assign tasks to certain team members with deadline and check up on them without micromanaging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy to use for most people and makes projects easier to delegate and keeps everything on schedule.

Asana In My Office
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility Asana provides me throughout my day to day work. I can add tasks, take away, connect with co-workers in various projects. The platform provides a ton of ways for me to keep on top of my work and I love that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to copy a project. My department's meetings/events typically have similar outlines. I'm not sure if I can do this and I'm just missing it, but I'd like to be able to duplicate a project completely and even be able to move it between teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having list on top of list on top of list, I'm able to have all of my tasks for the multiple meetings/events my department is planning all in one location. This saves me time, paper, and effort in so many ways. The site is clean and organized, which keeps my track of thought better organized as well when I'm using the software. The biggest benefit is the amount of time I save. The second biggest is the way Asana helps me stay on task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are an individual or team who love to do lists or tasklists or just keeping track of who is doing what when, this is the product for you.
Good Task Management software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use as well as the app feature
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say that I dislike about the software is that I sometimes have a hard time finding certain projects but that could have to do with how my company has our asana set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved our accountability problem and now our projects are getting finished on time.

I would highly recommend asana to other businesses.

This is an easy way to keep track of all of your work and your teammates' work. Intuitive, simple design. Fast to implement.

We are able to coordinate and communicate on our projects easily and see each others' progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, user-friendly system used to delegate writer assignments. There are a number of features that we don't use, since we use it in conjunction with Google Groups and Slack; however, for what we do use it for, it works pretty well as an organizational system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tend to get a lot of notifications for tasks that are unrelated to me, and it doesn't seem that I can customize that as a team member. Also sometimes getting unassigned a task still results in you following it, etc.

Asana is used to delegate tasks and deadlines to staff writers.

I like having all my tasks in one place, accessible anywhere and open for team collaboration

Nothing; this is a really user friendly and efficient way to organize tasks and projects

This is helping our team a lot with organization and prioritization. We all work remotely, so it's helped keep us on the same page.
Great but can get messy

Integration with Slack is a great additional along with the ability to add custom fields, the dashboard of tasks also helps manage what you need to do.
The ability to share tasks across teams helps with cross functional projects, but we do find that the tasks can lost in your inbox.

What do you dislike about the product?
There doesn't seem to be a simple overview of all projects that provides this simple rolled up RAG status of everything (or maybe there is and I just can't find it).
I would love some sort of quick widget to perform updates.
Tasks and updates can be like SPAM sometimes and there doesn't seem to be any way to marking the importance of the task unless you put a deadline, even then they don't jump out.

Task Management and project tracking. Gave us the visibility of all of those mini tasks that needed deadlines and got lost in the middle of nowhere.
The number of projects we have on the go was making the management of them extremely difficult across multiple people.

What do you like best about the product?
It was an easy way for both my manager and myself to stay on task. She could add to my list and I could see her schedule and list. If there were any issues or questions we could attack it right away.
I liked that the tasks could be scheduled ahead of time, moved around the calendar, add to each others list/schedule and prioritized. Plus with a quick glance to past tasks helped with future scheduling.

It did take short a time to get use to the set-up but after a week or so I finally got the hang of it.

I manage a ton of projects at once; this helps be an extension of my brain since I can't remember everything all the time. It has benefited me by helping me stay organized and giving me a place to save notes.
