What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly this organization platform is, I am not very tech savvy and It navigated me right to completing my goals
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can blend in with other items that notify you on your mobile and other devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this goal, calendar and appointment tracker, I am able to communicate with all the people necessary in order to get tasks done, I can set deadlines and track progress.

Having a consulting firm is all about organizing multiple projects for multiple clients. I don't know where I would be without ASANA
Very helpful for to-do lists
What do you like best about the product?
We use Asana as a central place to jot down ideas on-the-go and as a forum to discuss these ideas. We are all busy and can rarely sit down and meet to discuss every idea. It's also handy as a to-do list for when I'm out of the office or do not have my planner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no group messaging component to discuss the projects.

Communication and collaborative ideas within our busy schedules

If you have trouble having all members free for meetings, Asana is a great way to channel all of your group member's ideas into a single forum for discussion.

They stay on top of updates and are always adding new features for ease of use.

My co-workers don't use it every day, but it seems more effective if you use it each day.

Useful for multi-project management

Its very easy to adopt and adapt specially for multiproject management

Sometimes missing detailed tracking, or integration with 3rd party stuff

The capability to dispatch tasks to virtual teams, follow up, status of projects...perfect for that!

Keeping the team organized is a huge one. I can set up production calendars, and it really helps me keep all the little one-off and ad hoc tasks on the radar, making sure we provide the best work for our clients. Previously items would always slip through the cracks.

It takes a little bit to get used to, but once you do it's great.

Truly simple and intuitive task management and project management in a way that everyday users can get.
Great experience with user-friendly task software
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Asana is the ease with which team members can collaborate. The user-friendly interface allows for quick access to user profiles whether assigning tasks or tagging team members in notes or comments right on a project page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I much prefer using the browser version of Asana than the mobile-app which sometimes acts as a road-block when working on the field or away from a computer. The browser version seems to utilize the greater screen area to allow for less clicking and searching through tabs to get to what you really need whether it be the calendar or certain project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana acts as a calendar, task list, communication avenue, a space for file transfers and much more in one designated place. It encourages a more list based or step-by-step organization to project management and forces the user to be more detail oriented when assigning or completing tasks.
Nice project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the possibility to organize the tasks and accessing.them via mobile
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit difficult to use. Sometimes therese seems to be too many possibilities for a projects that's pretty small.

I was working on developing e-shop and it helped to list, organize and share the tasks amongst all the team.
