Great project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Well designed for managing team workflows and task-management. Fast and responsive. Lovely HTML5 design. Feature-rich.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited number of features, not ideal for design based intensive projects, but you still can manage it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning tasks, reviewing tasks and tracking project health. This helps me to organize all tasks and track what is done/on process/not done in a very easy way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana specializes in helping teams manage workflows, and it's the preeminent tool for the job. It is basically for the people who love to keep tracking of there projects on a timely basis.

Best PM tool of 2017
What do you like best about the product?
- Clean User interface and amazing overall user experience. Defied the current standard and made Project Management tool amazing.
- Within a few minutes, you have your whole month long project broken down and delegated to team members.
- Notification emails and reporting is excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?
- A documentation solution like Google Docs inbuilt would be great.
- Asana added Kanban boards(like Trello) to Asana as well, so I can't complain anymore.
- Completed tasks get hidden inside a dropdown. If only there was a more prominent visual tab for teammates or managers to see Completed project tasks.

- Managing projects and breaking down tasks is even easier.
- Delegating tasks to teams has never been easier. Trello was great this is even better.
- Giving feedbacks on design, uploading design references and screenshots.

Like with all the PM tool you have to use it for at least a month.
Elegant Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the clean and elegant design of Asana. It not only looks nice but has a good intuitive interface with keyboard short-keys to use the software efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only basic features available with a free account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing projects and managing them with a team

Start off with one project, get team on board then move on.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking conversations with my team is so easy & I love how simple that became once e I started using Asana to share files & get real time feedback quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, maybe a bit of a learning curve at first...just a few days though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My project management issues disappeared and the time saving element- amazing!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're outsourcing Asana allows you to bring in / or exit any team member in your project without any hassles at all. It's a tool every entrepreneur should use! It doesn't matter where in the world your team members are. You feel you are all in the same room when you use Asana.
Easy & Collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to pick up and the learning gap is small. New users pick up easy and it is very collaborative by nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is too simple and very cutdown. It has integrations into other products to fill in some short comings, but I am not sure the fully fill the gap. Also, I am not sure if the value prop is still there after paying for all of the one-offs to fill in the gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small teams needing to collaborate on internal initiatives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that the base functionality meets your needs. If you need to add things on like time tracking and others the price starts to creep.
Intuitive and not overly complicated
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me remember and follow up on tasks assigned to other team members. The congratulatory unicorns when tasks are completed are pretty awesome too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had better team chat integrations. We opted to stick with a separate non-integrated chat program after trying to connect or combine that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the whole team on task. It resolves a lot of the anxiety that I would otherwise experience having to juggle/remember these details in my head or in a simple list form.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't need an excessive number of metrics and want a platform that your team can integrate and start using with minimal interruption to their work, this should do the job.

It's simple, and cool service with 3rd paty integration task manager. Includes templates for your board.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you board is not so small, it starts lagging, long-loading and others.

Distributing and monitoring tasks for several projects. All thoughts could be written there and then discussed with others.

Choose a single dashboard to begin with, be carefull when using templates of projects to leave them as flexible or rigid as you want, use wiselly the sections and start using the subtasks from day one!
