Most engaging and helpful roll out training!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so user friendly, motivating with mini celebrations, and great for collaboration. The roll out training was so thorough, engaging, and helpful in implementing asana with my team. The training, support, and templates are wonderful resources
What do you dislike about the product?
The description, sub tasks, and comments can get clunky if not well defined and managed--which is hard to do on a small team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping our tasks aligned and keeping things from falling through the cracks. As our work and team grows, it's enabling us to keep up with the growth effectively!

What do you like best about the product?
I finally fixed it. Had to spend lots of time but made it. So it's fair to update my review
What do you dislike about the product?
The new support I got seemed to be not AI-powered but real human really trying to help and it worked. Thanks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana was unable to solve my problems, on the contrary, it has been creating and multiplying my problems, eating my time and not caring for anything at all. If I knew it would be like that, I'd never use them.
Asana - Good way to manage projects and tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the most used tool in our company. We use it daily and communicate all the project updates there. It's the only way to assign responsibilities and track projects across teams. Features I like:
1) It's very easy to use and understand. All teams can understand it and use it for their internal teams and projects and does not require a lot of tech knowledge.
2) Support is pro-active and helps whenever we are stuck.
3) Helps to track task by day, week and calendar and gives a vert good overview of individual's and team's workload over the week and month. We use it in our team to manage workload.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about asana is it's integration with CRMs. The fields in Asana are not dynamically updated via automations and does not integrate very well with CRMs like HubSpot.
Native integrations with such big platforms could be improved, as it results in duplicated efforts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are remote company, all our teams very heavily rely on this project management tool to get all the updates and track the progress of any project. It helps us keep all our projects and tasks in one place so nothing gets lost or forgotten. With Asana, every task has a clear owner, deadline and priority and we can very easily see the status of any project at a glance. It’s also easier to coordinate between teams because all updates, files, and comments are tied to the task itself.mI also find the feature of collaborator very useful as everyone gets notified for all the updates to their projects.
Overall it has made our work more organised, reduced miscommunication, increased accountability and helped us hit deadlines more consistently.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is its ease of use, the straightforward way it allows me to manage users and teams, and its ability to seamlessly integrate with other applications we rely on, making project coordination smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While my overall experience with Asana has been excellent, I see room for improvement in customer support, advanced reporting, notifications, and mobile app features. I’ve also experienced performance issues with the desktop and web versions when connected through my phone’s personal hotspot, even though the mobile app works fine in those situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us streamline project and task management, track timelines and deliverables, and easily see which resources are under or over-utilized. It provides clear visibility into team workloads, keeps everyone aligned on priorities, and ensures projects stay on track from start to finish.
Great for teammates!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to task, see comments, collaborators, insert pictures to describe intent. My absolute favorite is seeing My Tasks in a calendar view so I am able to prioritize the day or week. It's been easy for the team to integrate into our workday over the last two weeks. I use it every day for professional and personal tracking

Sometimes the subtasks do not show in order of due date

From Post-its to Asana!
What do you like best about the product?
All tasks and assignments in one place, at one time, with custom rules created to automate the priority process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any downsides yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating numerous post-it notes and to-do lists, preventing tasks and assignments from being forgotten, and organizing projects in a manageable format.
Best tool to manage workflows within the security teams
What do you like best about the product?
Best platform to manager project and internal workflow. Easy to use and setup automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't like the Asana Desktop app, and they are redirecting users to the app on initial login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy workflow management for internal projects and initiative and accountability of tasks assigned to users

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive to use, great customer service. Offers dark mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
Portfolios are too expensive. Tristin was bad at service but the rest of the team made it right.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an efficient interface for day to day tasks tracking and reporting. Ease of use and so many features available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I received lots of email which overlap my important inbox messages.

Track and monitor task that assigned to me. And forecast my sales pipeline.
