Great and flexible for software project management
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility allows us to use the product for nearly anything, and the constant improvement is refreshing (custom fields were a game changer).
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some room for improvement in organization and hierarchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for all of our software lifecycle management, from ideation to maintenance, and it ensures that everyone is always on the same page.

Great for To-Do lists and Managing Projects
What do you like best about the product?
The to-do list feature is great for managing projects and deadlines for multiple client accounts and for sharing lists between team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I've encountered with the service that I dislike to date.

Ease of use , collaborative nature and integration with slack . You can create tasks for each projects and check them off when you are done. Great AD integration

Increased Productivity with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana provides a seamless way for my manager to assign tasks and monitor my progress, as well as provide notes for tasks I need to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike about Asana. It provides all of the services that I expect it to for a free software, and have been very satisfied thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of organizing the workload around the team. It can be hard at times to keep everything you need to get done in order, and Asana provides a seamless way to visualize all of your tasks with their due dates in one place.

Asana is a really good project/team management software that promotes collaboration and transparency.

Project Management and Team collaboration. Benefits of staying connected and reduce the number of emails that go back and forth.

Keeps our team organized with their deliverables. Can easily track information about tasks and due dates

The solution could be a bit more user friendly for the mobile version

Better organization, no longer dropping the ball on deliverables, easily assigning and tracking tasks for colleagues
Asana -- Great for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for colleagues to collaborate on tasks and have access to one another's responses and input on a single interface.

It is at times difficult to track down what tasks I am currently following.

We use Asana to keep track of in house projects, as well as tasks we have opened with our developers to look into potential bugs affecting our in house software. It is a great way to communicate and collaborate with colleagues from other departments.

Make use of the notification feature by including a colleague's name in your response, which will notify them.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes tracking projects so easy and fun. With the ability to add due dates, subtasks and tags, etc. it's made our entire project tracking so streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish subtasks appeared in the project lists inset from the main task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more "lost" projects" as long as they get assigned and are tracked, they keep showing up.

to do list; trello-like boards; sharing via 3rd party services
What do you dislike about the product?
somewhat of a learning curve to integrate into workflow. also i need to know how to output a formatted report for google sheets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
trying to share process and timeline with team and supervisor. spreadsheets are becoming too long and hard to update. benefits are collaboration and better user experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
get two people to evaluate it so it's not so intimidating, and use live data.
