What do you like best about the product?
The Digibee platform is notable for its development agility. With an agile and efficient team, new features and improvements are implemented quickly, allowing for a continuous and dynamic integration experience for users.
One of the platform's highlights is the wide range of available components, which meet almost all needs in the deployment of integration projects. With such a comprehensive variety of resources, it is often unnecessary to write custom code, making the process more agile and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation of a change control similar to what GIT offers would be a valuable addition to the Digibee platform. Currently, when developing new versions, we feel the need to track and monitor all changes made to the project, and this requires the use of an external version control tool.
By providing an internal option for describing changes in each version, we would have a more integrated and efficient way to document the changes made in each iteration of the project. This would provide a clear and concise view of development progress, as well as a detailed trail of improvements and fixes made.
With this native control on the Digibee platform, we could record all modifications in an organized and centralized manner, facilitating communication among team members, allowing for a better understanding of the development history, and making it easier to identify potential issues or errors introduced in each version.
This functionality would significantly contribute to improving project management on the platform, making the development process and collaboration among team members more efficient. The ability to track changes and understand the context of each version would be an essential advantage to ensure quality and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very simple plataform, with a great experince. Easy to build, run and track the components for a middleware solution.

As it was my first experience using Digibee as a Middleware solution, it takes a little time to understand how to track the issues in our devlopment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digibee works as middleware interface between our critical systems, that is online for 24/7. Digibee is responsible to get information of our main DB and feed the operational systems.
Integration without hassle
What do you like best about the product?
The Digibee tool assisted in the replacement of the Protheus ERP with Omie, as it was possible to build business rules within the integration that enabled Abrapp to make the system change in a way that meets accounting aspects. Since then, a customer service system and an LMS have already been interconnected, without the drama of building an API.
What do you dislike about the product?
The log time of the integrations could be more than 180 days. It is a definition that I believe can be made by pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between the course and event registration system with the ERP Omie.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Saves time in developing an new integration, easy to use with its drag and drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to improve its integration with logs. Dynatrace, Elastic.
Pipeline versioning is a bit complicated, for example, we have no way to compare a modification from one version to another, it would help if it were the case to integrate it into a github repo for example.

What do you like best about the product?
Digibee is a very friendly integration plataform. His configuration to launch a new project is easy and the developers make a part of system in a few days. Comparing which others solution systems Digibee is the best about simplicity to work
What do you dislike about the product?
About technical and support to work with Digibee, I don't have any question. my point is only about billing method, maybe trading to a billing for pipeline created is better to the client
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did all integrations between transactional systems using Digibee. We got better results in time of process and simplified solution design for our systems.

The tool is interactive and enables the construction of a modular integration solution - it allows for the design and visual arrangement of what is being built. Learning is facilitated by the tool's Academy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The access section and distinction between the different types of users of the tool could be improved to allow for greater differentiation between the different types of users of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Middleware tool used for integration between various suppliers and our SAP ERP system, allowing for a modular assembly of the solution and monitoring the interaction between the pipelines.

Great platform for integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The platform enables more flexible management regarding integration, providing the opportunity for improvements in the pipeline built dynamically and agilely with full support from the Digibee team. It also provides visibility of executions (monitoring) and security of information with encryption of sensitive data and logs in case of changes and modifications. The Digibee team is agile in service, both in squads and in the interaction channel (chat) with support, which adds a lot of dynamism in resolving crisis scenarios or opportunities for improvement. I recommend the platform and the Digibee team for integration projects, as it performs very well in various scenarios from simple to more complex integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One point where I see an opportunity is in access management by Project within the realm in the logs view. Since it is a scalable platform, there may be scenarios where only a specific area/client should have access to a project X on the platform for monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between different systems optimizing processes and manual work, bringing greater productivity to the context of the area benefited by the integration.
Flexible and powerful solution with ease of learning.
What do you like best about the product?
Digibee has a great combination of a platform with ease of customization/adaptation and power and flexibility in scalability. The integrations being developed at Digibee are not yet in production, but productivity (in development and maintenance) has already been demonstrated. In addition, we have efficient and highly productive support from the Digibee support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our needs, so far, I have not identified any points that do not meet our requirements or that I would like to see improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in a project of core system replacement and adoption of a solution that, in addition to adding resources for monitoring and control of integrations, helps us facilitate the switching between the systems being replaced.
Simplicity in Integration Processes
What do you like best about the product?
The platform enables integrations in a wide variety of formats and levels of complexity in a very agile manner. The customer service/support is exceptional, making the process smooth and without unnecessary barriers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I don't like something on the platform, but I believe that the documentation for users could have more example cases. And the format of the integration specification (spreadsheet) might need an improvement to further facilitate the end user. Some more visual tool might possibly help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problems concern the lack of standardization for integration processes. With Digibee, we have this layer that centralizes/standardizes the processes, we have scalability, high availability, and no concerns with infrastructure.
