Como usuário da plataforma Digibee, estou extremamente satisfeito com os resultados obtidos até o momento. A capacidade de integração fornecida pela plataforma é impressionante e realmente facilitou a conexão entre nossas diversas aplicações, serviços e sistemas dentro da empresa.

A facilidade de integrar qualquer ferramenta com qualquer outra ferramenta de uma forma didatica e visual, sem precisar ter um amplo conhecimento técnico ou especialistas em programação para isso. A facilidade de visualizar os logs e processos decorridos é de grande ajuda para monitoramento do andamento das integrações

Por algumas vezes tivemos muitas mudanças de CSM e pessoas, as vezes ficamos sem ter exatamente com quem falar alguns momentos.

What do you like best about the product?
Digibee has powerful features to integrate various systems and technologies. This is very useful because its customers can quickly develop their integration solutions. Our development team doesn't have to worry about the technological aspects, its focus is only on the business problem that will be solved because the Digibee Platform provides all the technical components that we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes some changes should be more tested by the Digibee team before release, however, I understand that this is part of their continuous improvement process, so in my opinion this is not a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Digibee, I had problems monitoring and controlling all my APIs, their environments and their performance. Now have complete control over all aspects of my integration pipelines with alerts and dashboards to view the entire health of my environment, so I spend less time and resources doing this.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to integrate products, and i can say that all Digibee team work very hard with delivery quality and speed demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, i just can give an advice, Digibee could be more stable, because we work with a lot groups inside the company, and they can see how good is Digibee, so, shoulb more be careful with stability platform Digibee as all. When we have implantation, all the time Digibee should be involved working with the all team that is responsable in the company client, this way i believe that the stabilization can be better.

We have the support of excellent professionals so that, for example, Leandro Domingues, Yuri Olberg, Gerson Pedro, Joeverson Oliveira, Ana Carolina Almeida and Eric Espírito Santo, they understand our day-to-day and support us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don´t have any points dislike in the moment.

The Digibee solves systemic integration problems and accelerates the modernization journey.

What do you like best about the product?
We have the constant support of excellent Digibee professionals, like Leandro Domingues and Yuri Olberg, to understand our usage scenarios and product applicability. As well, listening to our needs and addressing to product roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. The product works well and is constantly evolving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Friendly graphical interface, several parameterizable and reusable components for connection with various Cloud or Onpremises technologies, allowing coexistence integrations between our legacy and modernized systems. Digibee speeds up building integrations with developers focusing on business issues and with less concern for technical aspects.

What do you like best about the product?
Within the company here we use the Digibee platform to integrate the systems, I have nothing to complain about, in addition to the platform being very intuitive it is also a low code platform, accelerating integrations and reducing infrastructure costs
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I don't have any negative points, evolutions are normal and need to be always evolving.

The platform reduces integration time, making it possible to integrate systems in various outputs such as rest, soap, kafka etc. Also helping to reduce costs with infrastructure and learning
