What do you like best about the product?
A plataforma tem realmente um diferencial competitivo, além de ser mais intuitiva que outras de mercado, ter uma vasta coleção de componentes/conectores que atende praticamente todos os cenários de integração que possuies, tem também um time-to-market incomparável. O time da Digibee também tem uma atuação sensacional, sendo sempre solicitos e focados em resolver o problema. O CSM Carlos Eduardo (Duda) tem nos apoiado nas iniciativas dentro da nossa empresa e nas capacitações.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sinto que o academy poderia ter mais exemplos práticos, principalmente de cenários mais complexos, mas entendi que o conteúdo está em constante evolução e temos o time de IET para nos apoiar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fazer pessoas que não possuem conhecimento técnico aprofundado ou sem experiência em integração, poderem atuar e implementarem integrações. Isso garante que eu não precise ter pessoas exclusivas para a tecnologia, fazendo ter um time mais enxuto e também consigo formar pessoas mais rápidas, garantindo que não terei problemas de contratação/alocação de pessoas para iniciar um projeto.

Digibee is definitely a great iPaaS with great human capital
What do you like best about the product?
Digibee is a great iPaaS platform, making it possible to create integrations in a super practical and agile way with its drag-and-drop system, variety of connectors, and great human capital, providing helpful and capable support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the system and the fundamental need to transform the data, it leads to the use of transformers with a significant learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with rapid development and low code.

O produto da empresa entrega bastante resultado e a possibilidade de criação de projetos inovadores. A equipe sempre comprometida e atenta na melhor maneira de efetuar a implementação do ambiente, com um bom fluxo de desenvolvimento, levantamento e implementação.

Considerando o sucesso no desenvolvimento do projeto, não vejo no momento algo para melhorar quanto a plataforma e/ou equipe.

They provide significant support and facilitate the implementation of projects with bus solution.
What do you like best about the product?
The partnership we maintain with them consistently aids us in addressing emergent demands. Moreover, the robustness and flexibility of their tool are pivotal aspects we highly value. Additionally, we appreciate their provision of a learning platform integrated within the tool (Digibee Academy). These elements substantially contribute to our mutual success. The IA documentation tool it's a great improvement from last review too, and the alerts feature it's an awesome addition too.
What do you dislike about the product?
A criticism I would like to highlight is the frequent turnover of personnel in projects over time, leading to the loss of accumulated knowledge and lack of consistency. This turnover undermines team stability and efficiency, compromising the quality and continuity of deliveries.
Another point worth mentioning is the lack of functionality in their logs that allows for efficient filtering based on the frequency of occurrence of certain log patterns within a specified timeframe. It would greatly enhance usability if there were capabilities to connect to Elasticsearch for more flexible manipulation as needed.

The problems they solve range from integrations between legacy, new, and complex systems to the construction of new solutions aimed at addressing robust business challenges and supporting day-to-day operations.

Digibee fez a integração recentemente do cadastro de produtos no ERP com IPI, a ajuda do consultor foi fundamental para resolver o nosso problema com esses novos produtos.

A gestão de "message" durante o fluxo do pipeline, onde é preciso recuperar sempre as variáveis a serem utilizadas da sessão

What do you like best about the product?
Digibee is ready to handle any kind of integration, from the simplest ones using text files to the most complex ones mixing different Web APIs, databases, legacy systems, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes your life a lot easier, and it's even easier to create spaghetti pipelines! So don´t be a sloth, do all the training, and only then will you not fall into temptation ;)

Significant cost savings and increased development agility compared to other enterprise integration tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is incredibly helpful and efficient. Their system also helps a lot since it's easy to make integration changes if needed, control versions, and present an important log to track any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integrations are not as easy as we (customers) expect. The systems that will need to be integrated need to provide detailed documentation so the Digibee team can help properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is sending and receiving data from third-party systems. This is not our core work, but it's theirs; we can focus our team on improving our side of the integration and they can manage and monitor the data there is being exchanged

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating pipelines. Architecture development with integrated UI and methods to perform tests quickly. User management panel and pipeline performance visualization interface
What do you dislike about the product?
In the projects I worked on, the integration knowledge was concentrated in a few people from the Digibee team. Some Logs could be better, and some of minor UI issues could be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made it possible to integrate new sales channels quickly and in a 'whitelabel' format, making it possible to scale the solution.
