Flexible and powerful solution with ease of learning.
What do you like best about the product?
Digibee has a great combination of a platform with ease of customization/adaptation and power and flexibility in scalability. The integrations being developed at Digibee are not yet in production, but productivity (in development and maintenance) has already been demonstrated. In addition, we have efficient and highly productive support from the Digibee support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our needs, so far, I have not identified any points that do not meet our requirements or that I would like to see improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in a project of core system replacement and adoption of a solution that, in addition to adding resources for monitoring and control of integrations, helps us facilitate the switching between the systems being replaced.
Simplicity in Integration Processes
What do you like best about the product?
The platform enables integrations in a wide variety of formats and levels of complexity in a very agile manner. The customer service/support is exceptional, making the process smooth and without unnecessary barriers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I don't like something on the platform, but I believe that the documentation for users could have more example cases. And the format of the integration specification (spreadsheet) might need an improvement to further facilitate the end user. Some more visual tool might possibly help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problems concern the lack of standardization for integration processes. With Digibee, we have this layer that centralizes/standardizes the processes, we have scalability, high availability, and no concerns with infrastructure.
Probably the best in the market.

Have not yet discovered a negative aspect of the product.

What do you like best about the product?
The use of Digibee enabled the dynamic integration of multiple systems and sectors, thus bringing greater efficiency to the company and improving operational and financial results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there are no negative points to highlight, and the tool and the Digibee team have been showing constant evolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between systems and sectors; Automations and agility in the process of customer registration, billing, reconciliation.
Awesome tecnology and solution with a stellar team
What do you like best about the product?
We've done system integrations in months that would take a year or two to develop and implement. Not only the tecnology is great, but the Digibee team is fantastic. They definetly made the difference in our results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. I guess they've done a pretty good job. Maybe we could be better prepared for the onboarding so it could be even faster than it was. This was not a problem at all and we started to see the results really fast.

Whenever we had questions or faced any difficulties, the support team was present to assist us promptly, ensuring a flawless user experience.

Have some way to document what is being done in the pipelines.

What do you like best about the product?
As a user of the Digibee platform, I am extremely satisfied with the results obtained so far. The integration capability provided by the platform is impressive and has truly facilitated the connection between our various applications, services, and systems within the company.

Log instability, at times the log takes a while to appear
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily integrating our systems, and it has a very good learning curve with our developers, taking much less time to train them and thus generating value quickly.

An easy and practical method for any integration
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integrating any tool with any other tool in an educational and visual way, without needing extensive technical knowledge or programming specialists for this. The ease of visualizing the logs and processes that have occurred is a great help for monitoring the progress of the integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, we had many changes in CSM and personnel, sometimes we were left without exactly knowing who to talk to at certain moments.
