What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of creating integrations in a fast and structured way allowed us to think about "what should be done" instead of "how to do it"; Friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The log search interface could be improved, with more filter and export options. The development interface could have additional features like notes and comments on save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows us to think more about “what to do” instead of “how to do it”. It helps us with standard connectors for different technologies and players, allowing us to have more speed in developing integration interfaces.

Very simple and robust plataform

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the drag and drop functions in Digibee plataform. The low code is very usefull to create integrations fast as possible. In a few words, I would say Digibee is one the simpliest integration plataform i´ve seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would sugest the possibility to plug monitoring and log plataforms just like Elastic tools, Data dog and others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We developed some end to end integrations very fast. I was very helpfull to modernize old systems and we did our e-commerce (B2B) integrations to build lots of REST APIs in Digibee plataform.

What do you like best about the product?
The main positive point of digibee is undoubtedly the quality and speed of support. Whenever necessary, we can call an attendant in the chat and clarify any doubts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Digibee could improve the feature documentation, using more examples of basic and advanced levels to make the explanation assertive to more situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digibee greatly facilitates the integration process between COUPA and SAP systems, making the development and maintenance process easier and faster. Without digibee this process would be more labor intensive.

What do you like best about the product?
Digibee team makes the best to understand what is the customer need and what makes sense about the proposed solution. The team is always aware about how the solution is working.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new company, Digibee is making some improvements on the go that can generate some confusion about how to handle the things, but they're always ready to help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business applications integrations, that benefits in complete full cicle and experience of digital channels

Excellent tool with bad commercial management and programming

What do you like best about the product?
I went through several connectors on the market, but only Digibee managed to conclude 100% of the integrations that we currently use between Vtex and Totvs Protheus. All integrations are currently running smoothly and with almost no maintenance
What do you dislike about the product?
My difficulties with Digibee are focused on commercial management and execution. At the beginning, the promise was to install it in 20 days, after the project started, this period changed to 60 days, finally 90% of the connection ended up being made in almost 8 months, the last 10% were completed a few weeks ago, totaling 12 months since the hiring. Commercial service is omitted from day-to-day execution issues and delays in responding to inquiries. The first execution team, although good, and having said "we eat with flour" (Brazilian saying, indicating that it was very easy), took too long to complete the connections. The maintenance team, on the other hand, lacked knowledge at the beginning and struggled a lot to complete the project. That is, we pay for a 14-month contract, where we will effectively use approximately 2 months of the entire planned scope. Back to the commercial, I had no solution for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digibee is connecting my VTEX E-commerce platform with my ERP TOTVS Protheus. Great importance to ensure data integrity in the face of a quick delivery of our sales and reliability for the LGPD
