A complete tool for big and small developers
What do you like best about the product?
It supports "plurality" and is widely used by big companies, which makes it easier to find solutions online for encountered issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not always very intuitive. I wish there was a field to write notes about the translation with other contributors (or perhaps that is already there, and I have not found yet).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to solve the complexity of i18n.
Machine translations have great quality.
It is cheaper to pay people to proofread than to translate and proofread.

Ease of interaction with the product and the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no special comments yet, the main thing is to get to know the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin is a localization management platform that streamlines translation workflows for apps, websites, and documents. It integrates with tools like GitHub and Figma, enabling real-time collaboration between developers and translators. Crowdin supports automated translation, glossary management, and quality checks. By accelerating multilingual releases and reducing manual effort, it helps businesses expand globally, improve user experience, and cut localization costs—making it essential for international growth and scalability.
Does what it is designed to do.
What do you like best about the product?
Our development team seems to like it the best. I previously used Transifex and now we are on CrowdIn. These localization platforms are a dime a dozen and it's become a commodity at this point. CrownIn has a nice interface, appears to work well for our development team, and has more capabilities than we even need. Haven't used customer support yet. Implementation took several weeks to bring it into our CICD pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The communication between multiple translators when you have several different languages going through translation is a little clunkily. Sometimes, when I want to add contact to a string, I want that context to be available for all translators. There is no way to do this from the source strings itself and has to be added as comments and it's not configurable on what translations see this context. It doesn't feel native in the application and the comments feature feels more like a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our new SaaS product was built to support language strings but we only supported English and never translated it to another other languages. We used CrowdIn to link our source strings, do ML translation (and then cleaned up with a human translator) to provide additional language options for our B2B customers as we expanded past North America.
Streamlined Localization with Great Collaboration Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the interface is and how quickly translators and reviewers can collaborate in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reporting dashboard feels a little limited, and the pricing can get steep as projects scale. It would be great to have more flexibility in customizing workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we used spreadsheets and emails, which was messy. Now everything’s in one place, and our translations are ready faster so product launches go smoother.
It was easy to make translations on Crowdin
What do you like best about the product?
Easily manage your translation languages and can look at other languages with two clicks
What do you dislike about the product?
Self approval. You can approve your translations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central translation keys and translated values
Great and efficient solution to translate web pages

Crowdin makes managing translations easy and efficient. It's great for teams, with smooth collaboration and helpful integrations that keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
A minor issue is that the initial setup can feel a bit overwhelming for new users. A more guided onboarding could help smooth out the start.

I've been using it for over 10 years, highly recommend it
What do you like best about the product?
I am used to the way it organizes and displays information, so you can have everything you need at hand at any time. You can easily show/hide panels and really eliminate distractions if you want to focus on translating/proofreading or bring up reference material for research.
I also like how they are open and available for feedback and have implemented many of the changes I've suggested over the years, which has made my work much more practical.
I also like how they are open and available for feedback and have implemented many of the changes I've suggested over the years, which has made my work much more practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, changes are implemented in the web and, which can create confusion due to a lack of transparency or communication with users. A simple in-app notification would suffice to make these changes more transparent.
I'm also personally not a fan of the contextual menu (the light bulb when you double click a word in a string), but I understand there might have been pros and cons that led to this implementation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a huge SaaS platform whose localization is run entirely on Crowdin. It acts as a huge bridge between development and implementation and it does it quite seamlessly. Crowdin's developers have also aided us numerous times with improvements on our projects, and that has been extremely valuable.
Hard to handle but very powerful!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the power and all the possibilities offered by the application. Notably, the continuous integration via Symfony cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had difficulties understanding the overall operating logic during my testing phases. The process generated. The principle of purchasing translation via AI was not clear either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The translation of our application via AI and external translators as well as the upcoming collective work on these translations.
