A very nice platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, both for developers and translators, and open source friendly, offering appropriate plans to ease the burden on open source software maintainers. Their customer support is also good, once I had an integration problem, their customer support responded quickly and solved the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their operational alerts may need to be improved. A lot of times I somehow trigger a series of strange alerts, including but not limited to my account is not authorized to perform the action, my project is inaccessible, and so on. While nothing is actually really wrong, it's enough to cause confusion for those unfamiliar with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin makes it easy for the translation contributors to my project to contribute, and I can manage it easily.
Great for Intercom Help Center translations
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Crowdin to manage translations for our Chinese Help Center, and it’s been a game-changer. The platform makes it easy to integrate and organize Intercom content, translate using MT or AI, and track progress in real time. What I love most is how seamless it is to maintain consistency across all our articles while also ensuring accuracy. It’s helped us keep our localized content clear, polished, and aligned with the rest of our resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
We occasionally face issues with images or certain formatting types during integration, but Crowdin provides a detailed error log that makes troubleshooting easier. Plus, the option to download the HTML and re-use it wherever needed is a great fallback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin simplifies the complexity of managing translations by providing a centralized platform to handle our multilingual content for our Intercom Help Center.

Most versatile and cost efficient TMS
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin is always trying to be one step ahead in new technology rather than extorting customers with traditional way of translation within a TMS. Be it their affordable prices or AI integrations, I believe they are currently the best platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could polish their features a bit more before release, and some existing features also need a bit love to work with the newer features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use LLMs to assist volunteer translation of our websites, apps and other content.
Great for translations
What do you like best about the product?
We use crowdin for translation of strings in our game. It is easy to use, saves us time for translations of 100+ languages and creates great value for our game development teams. We also integrate Crowdin APIs in our build pipelines so that new strings are uploaded automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times some api calls can time out but they always recover in the next try.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our game needs to support 100+ languages and we need to solve the localization problem with limited resources.
Meets our needs well
What do you like best about the product?

Translating our customer interface
Great for managing translations in SaaS product
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Crowdin to streamline our translation workflow, and it has been a game-changer. The integration with Git and our CI/CD pipelines is seamless, making it easy to keep our product translations up-to-date without manual hassle. The platform is intuitive, and our team quickly got the hang of managing strings and collaborating with translators.
What do you dislike about the product?
One needs an enterprise plan to attach a project to an organisation. On lower plans, projects can only belong to individual users. Sometimes when creating PRs in Github, Crowdin rearranges translation strings, which creates a lot of unnecessary changes. Perhaps, we haven't figured out a fully correct setup yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin is helping us localize our product into different languages. Streamlining this process is essential to enable faster rollouts of new features.

The UI of Crowdin can sometimes feel clunky and not intuitive. I wish there was an easier navigation between pages and tasks and a more intuitive way to navigate quickly to the task you wish to access.

Crowdin is making it fast and easy to ship out translated content for our product, and integrates powerful translation models that ensure high quality.
Simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The Crowdin setup for translating a Freshdesk knowledge base is easy. Using an artificial intelligence tool, you can quickly generate new translations. Later, you can check and approve them before publishing them to the public.
The fact that there is only a limit to words and no language is perfect; if you need to increase the number of words, you can do it quickly.
The fact that there is only a limit to words and no language is perfect; if you need to increase the number of words, you can do it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI does not consider the status of the sync of the Freshdesk knowledge base. It can be improved, as when you manually sync it, we don't know when the sync is complete unless we refresh the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The translation of an entire knowledge base into multiple languages, without having to do it by hand to generate the translation at first.
