Useful and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
CrowdIn is very useful and easy to use for translations of your SaaS in multiple languages. Integration is fast and doesn't require much effort. I would recommend it to anyone still hesitating.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing could be improved: the possibility to look for strings via an "search" UI. Similar to searching for a specific work in a PDF, being able to transport the user directly to every iteration of that search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to CrowdIn, we translated our SaaS software in 15 languages even though the team speaks only 5 of them. We have more reach in the market and can therefore sell to more customers having multi-lingual individuals.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration is easy and the use too. I did not have experience with Customer Support but some fellow engineers that did had a good experience with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find extremely annoying the version control situation. having an unique file to track the translations give developers conflicts always. It would be great if we could have multiple files for example per domains, so, the project is the same but the git files are splitted per a smaller unit, domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very nice to have a toold that takes care of all the translations problems without spending eng effort on it.
Crowdin Ready to Translate everything
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborative Environment, Integration with Development Tools,Glossaries and Translation Memory, Machine Translation and more which make it a valuable tool for businesses aiming to reach a global audience
What do you dislike about the product?
Crowdin can be relatively expensive, particularly for smaller organizations, Complexity for Beginners he platform can still be overwhelming for new users or those without prior experience in localization management, Sometimes seems to lack some automated functionalities or an easy way to find them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing Multilingual Customer Support, Allowing to expand to global locations and still keep the website adjust to the languages. Help managing list of translations and tool support to translate them

What do you like best about the product?
AI suggestions + Predefined definitions for certain key concepts
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes certain untranslated strings wont appear until I refresh
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I will add an additional dot that was not in the original phrase and an app message will pop up alerting me that the original did not include such dot - very useful!
Localize in a easy way
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to update translations and create new ones.

It's not automatic. :P For now, I love this tool

What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin made it easy for us to connect our application and to translate strings using various atumation methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of usability quirks (like no obvious or automatic way to always open the preferred translation editor), but they are not serious shortcommings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made our localization effort super systematic.

Crowdin has made it simple to manage localization across multiple projects that we're running. The customer experience has also been great and that has allowed us to implement the tool really easily.

Haven't had any bad experiences since we began using Crowdin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to localize pages and increase output.
Versatile and usable, but with room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
What I like is the possibility to combine all sorts of filters, e.g. segments translated but not confirmed, by a certain user etc. This good for working together with other translators on a project. It also makes it possible to find segments meeting very specific conditions which is good for reviewing things during projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are three things I find irritating:
1. When I work in a list of segments that results from a combination of filters (e.g. segments translated but not confirmed, last changed by a certain user etc.), and I save a different translation for a segment, or confirm a segment, that segment will drop out of my list as soon as I go one page forward or back. If I later want to change something in that segment, it can be very hard to find it again, especially if I don't translate one specific text but segments from a number of text files that I want to check for consistency. I would like a setting that enables me to retain my original list of segments regardless of edits or status changes until I explicitly leave that list. Ideally, it would be possible to save such a list so I could interrupt work on those segments and resume on another day.
2. When I go through segments that have already been translated (e.g. pre-transalted per machine translation), make changes and confirm a segment, it doesn't confirm the changes I made but the existing text. Confirming my changes required an extra step. This doesn't make sense to me - if I make changes, of course I want to save/confirm my newest version and not the one I found and saw the need to change.
3. The display options are nice, but the colour themes are a bit 'pale' - I haven't found a setting that allows me to make the active segment stand out more. As things are, every time I return to the translation screen (after I've looked something up elsewhere), I need to make a conscious effort to scan the screen in order to find the active segment. If I could set screen colours individually and save my own colour schemes or layouts, the eye would automatically be directed to the active segment. This would make it much easier for me to work in Crowdin, especially if I have to interrupt frequently to look things up in dictionaries, legal texts or compare the text to the relevant UI. Making finding your place on the translation screen as easy as possible would save me quite some energy in the long run.

Very user-friendly tool for software localization
What do you like best about the product?
- Ease to get used to and to implement
- Syncs with popular repositories like GitHub
- Easy to connect to MT engines such as DeepL
- Delivers plenty of features needed (for example, QA checks, translation preview, adjustable view)
- Fast customer support (via mail, meetings etc)

What do you dislike about the product?
- shows at least once/day an issue that I need to log in, even though I am logged in and have used Crowdin about 15 minutes earlier
- missing feature to adjust colour or brightness of current segment to highlight/differentiate the text I am currently working on (for example light purple instead of light grey)
- filtering a folder (e.g. all entities in a data model) I can't jump directly to a specific file, but have to check the corresponding path of the segment and open the file in a cumbersome way (leave the list, jump to entities, find the one entity this segment is part of)
- images within files are not copied between versions (releases) without issues. I had to download the source, save it on my local drive, upload it and approve it to visualise it in the translation
- sync between GitHub and Crowdin might work faster

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin acts as a tool to pull source texts (documentation), (pre-)translate them and push them back to GitHub to publish it. It also acts as a reference for previous translation for concordance search and glossary, too. It secures consistency and coherence within the documentation of a product. Colleagues using Crowdin, but working for different products, can look up terminology and translation as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most that it is browser-based and it is very intuitive and easy to connect other apps or specifically your GitHub repository.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really dislike anything in particular. There are minor improvements that should be considered making.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin is combining a great tool infrastructure, connection to GitHub, intuitiveness and translation features that helps us localize our software efficiently and this leads to Fioneer's customers being able to access the German software version of their products.
