Fast and friendly

Efficient Translation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Crowdin for translations, and it has become an essential part of my workflow. One of my favorite features is its machine translation integration, which provides automatic translations that generally only need a quick review or minor adjustments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be a bit more intuitive, but it’s ok for what I need, as most of the essential features are easy to access once you’re familiar with the layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using the automated translation feature, some untranslated text would occasionally "slip through," causing English words to appear on our German platform. Now, with automated translations, this issue happens much less frequently. Plus, with our Slack integration, we’re notified of every new translation, making it easy to double-check for accuracy.
It helps to speed up work and quickly or introduce new functions in different languages

It is easy to search in previous translations how something was labelled

I do not receive notifications of new translation requests by e-mail

We have different languages, some countries with the same languages but different words, Crowndin helps to speed up the work

What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin has been a huge help for our localization projects. Our Localization manager and all translaters are using this tool on daily basis with ease and without any complaints.
The user experience is great as well as the customer experience .
The implementation of the tool was a breeze and I can recommend this tool to everyone.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am happy to note that nothing comes to mind at the moment to dislike about Crowdin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we have business running in many countries with multiple languges it is crucial for us to have everything perfectly localized and translated. Crowdin helps in managing all steps of localization journey for us and our external translators as well.

Easy to see languages that are translated in the string. Well integrated with our system.

It's a steep learning curve for those who manage the translations and strings.

We use Crowdin to provide translations for our features across a global app.
Amazing product with a lot of time save with it !

The easy integration before deployment to update and save all translation keys, along with the suggestions for translation keys based on others in the project, is definitely a killer feature!

Simplify and save a lot of time each time we have to update keys before deployement (so it's a lot of time)

CrowdIn is significantly speeding up the flow of localising software across multiple sources.
We need to publish our entire website, product, and content in English and German, and being able to machine translate source text on Webflow, our codebase, Figma, Contentful, and even Miro almost instantly saves us so much time internally.

A real game changer for managing multilingual projects
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Crowdin is that it works really well with other applications we use like GitHub. We can work together in time, and thus translate assignments as fast as possible. Its multilanguage support is really quite comprehensive and with its various features make it easier to manage more projects. The presence of updates is a great advantage since it requires no additional manual translation management as is the case with Crowdin.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like about Crowdin is that they get expensive pretty quickly, especially if you deal in large projects. It has lots of features, but we sometimes reach a limit with some features and we have to upgrade our plan. This effected our budget, and caused us to evaluate just what features we really needed for our projects. And there have been the occasional syncing delays with files that were larger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Crowdin it is essentially much easier and faster to manage translations in different languages. Back in the day it took a lot of time to manually manage files, but now everything is synced in real time. The automation features have been a big help with saving time by automatically adding updates for us. We’ve also found they’ve accelerated team collaboration, so we’re always on the same page and able to get our translation deliveries out faster.

There is a scope for a bit of improvement in the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in my current job there are user who are writing to us in foreign languages and the app helkps me respond to queries faster without the need to escalate to a specific market
Improving greatly over time
What do you like best about the product?
Currently it's simplicity of use, but generally it's very important for localization in big companies

currently that I can't see the history from before the design of the page changed but not a problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of localizing words, processes, etc. on multiple spots at the same time, making it extremely time-saving and user-friendly. And can be handled from multiple team members across the company simultaneously
