What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to me that sometimes its Github pul request are not quite updated after a new PR has been merged in the master branch. Not sure though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitor and correct translations
I upload strings to translator through crowdin, answering questions and tracking progress
What do you like best about the product?
Uploading a photo, and it will automatically attached to a string.

it counts strings to translate as new even if they aren't new, already translated but devided or refactored to other files..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The process of getting in touch with the translators and go through each one of the strings to translate.

Crowdin has almost every feature we want
What do you like best about the product?
We chose Crowdin, based on the features it has. We are really happy for the file based translations, that fits our setup very good. It seems to work very good with the different roles and task delegation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Crowdin with Github integration. It could use a bit more buttons for how the workflow is, it seems to only have the most basic features...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we have a lot of different teams and people working together, using Crowdin will fix our process and make it better.

What I like most about Crowdin is its intuitive interface that makes managing multilingual projects simple, along with its real-time collaboration tools, which allow teams to work together seamlessly. The integrations with popular platforms also help automate the workflow, saving time and reducing manual effort
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like the least about Crowdin is that the pricing can be a bit steep for smaller teams or projects, and some advanced features have a learning curve that might require extra time to fully utilize. Also, some file formats or multi-format files are not supported.

Crowdin is helping us streamline the localization of our software to meet the legal standards for different regions. It simplifies managing translations across multiple languages, ensuring accuracy and consistency while speeding up the process, which helps us stay compliant with legal requirements efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Our requests for changes in the CrowdIn seem less likely to be done
- More troubleshooters can help (like when adding a new file to the sources, and the destination path format is not set)
- Missing option to update a string once for all languages

CrowdIn helps us to integrate translations in our apps, mediate with translation services, and find issues in translations.
Manage translations without Engineering
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to manage the translations for all our applications and notifications in one place, without the need for Engineering to make changes. We use Crowdin every day to provide the first version of translations with Product Management, and hire translators now and then to review the quality of our translations. We've recently integrated DeepL Translation API to help us with first translation, definitely an improvement in ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be confusing at times. We're also dealing with some integration challenges at the moment, which I'm sure we'll be able to tackle together with Crowdin Support.

What do you like best about the product?
When our company established a translation department, the question arose as to which TMS to choose for our first experience and to improve work efficiency. In our interaction with the platform, we did not find any drawbacks that would have a negative impact on the experience.

For our company, Crowdin solves such important issues as synchronous teamwork, workflow tracking, and term database management. This allows us to facilitate interaction with a team of freelancers.
Decent tool with great support
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin is easy to use, and has some good pre-translation options. It's decently proced for what it offers. Crowdin support is excellent - very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pluging (to Intercom or Figma) are sometimes wonky and fail to work for no reason. Such cases are hard to troubleshoot.
