Good overall tool with some rough edges in terms of experience
What do you like best about the product?
The overall concept of the tool. The fact that it integrates with 3rd-party translators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not the best. It takes some time to navigate and find logs when problems occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can speed up our translation workflow by adding automatic translation with AI and doing post-translation review by humans.
Invaluable Enterprise Localization Software with Powerful Workflows and AI Tools
What do you like best about the product?
We have used Crowdin for years to manage our translation needs, but shifted to their Enterprise level program a few years ago to take advantage of increased organization/control over users, automated workflows, advanced AI translation tools/integrations, etc. Multiple teams across various departments are able to connect their systems into Crowdin with different methods depending on how their systems are set up, easily create/assign translation and proofreading tasks, and pull translated content back into their systems. This tool is invaluable for our worldwide translation and localization efforts. The Crowdin team is also very quick to answer any of our questions and assist with issues, having made multiple adjustments to their program based on our feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the workflow automation allowed us to still choose which content we wanted to send through it, as in current state the workflow triggers on ANY content added into Crowdin. This creates situations where API connected systems are feeding in new content that doesn't actually need translation, and our translators are spending time translating something that doesn't actually need it. This isn't the biggest issue, but a refined process could certainly make all of our work easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our software is sold around the world, but we do not have an in house translation and localization team. Using Crowdin, we are able to leverage channel partners around the world to quickly and easily translate content and provide our materials in their native languages.
Customizable Translation Management with Effortless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Crowdin centralizes our translations in one place and allows us to use translation memory. Being able to put our own AI prompts for preparing translations and the good customization options are great. We can apply our style guide when doing translations with AI. The over-the-air delivery is really handy as it lets me make changes and launch them in the app instantly, making them available to users right away. Crowdin integrates nicely into our processes, and the simple task system is a big plus. The initial setup was pretty easy, and we could test something quickly. Using Crowdin has improved the quality of our translations and made our process more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the UI could be improved, the interface feels a bit messy at times. And we've had a case of email notifications not going out as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin centralizes our translations, uses translation memory, and allows AI customization with our style guide, making team review efficient. Over-the-air delivery lets me quickly update translations in the app, and overall, it's improved our translation quality and process efficiency.
Huge Time-Saver: Seamless Figma Integration for Quick Multilingual Previews
What do you like best about the product?
It’s saving me a huge amount of time by allowing me to integrate my designs in Figma and quickly see how different languages appear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike so far. The workflow has been smooth, the tools behave as expected, and everything feels intuitive and reliable. It’s been a genuinely positive experience up to this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating a multi-language CSV with the Figma design file, allowing us to preview how the app looks in different languages and identify any layout or content tweaks needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Cumbersome navigation between item to be translated (after saving, the focus jumps to the next item already. I need to go back to approve.
- Bulk save / approve does not work perfectly. Sometimes, I approved legacy translations and brought them back.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Crowdin to implement different translations in our progressive web app. With every release that introduces new translations keys, I also update the German version.
Effortless Integration and Streamlined Translation Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Crowdin helps us keep all our translations up to date and on track while allowing different team members to assist in the translation process without messing up other systems. It streamlines the whole process for us. The setup was very easy, taking just a day or two, which is crucial for a small team like ours. The integration options with our development processes and GitHub made it an easy sell to our development team. Crowdin also makes translating accessible to all team members, simplifying the process with its user-friendly interface. The creators of Crowdin worked with us to find the best payment plan tailored to our stage, which I really appreciate. Overall, Crowdin takes the translation workload off the product team and distributes it efficiently without needing lengthy onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
None currently come to mind, it works really well for our needs. I had worked with it previously in a different setting and also didn't run into any issues there.

Crowdin keeps all our translations up-to-date and allows team collaboration without disruptions. It streamlines our translation process and integrates smoothly with GitHub, making it easy for a small team to manage translations efficiently.
Fast Auto-Translation with Smooth SDK & API Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Auto translation using tools and AI. SDK and API integrations. Fast update translations on the apps in the production.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to manage the wording that are the same for several keys. Sometimes I need to copy/paste the same translation to many keys.

Web, mobile and backend wordings to translate 3 languages.
Quick and Effective Translation, Although With Initial Problems
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Crowdin allows translating with AI easily and quickly.

It does not automatically translate when new words arrive. At the beginning, we had problems with the configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Crowdin to perform automatic translations connected to our JSON, which prevents programmers from changing the JSON manually. I like that it allows for easy and quick AI translation.
AI-Driven Translation Efficiency, But Slow Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI feature in Crowdin because it makes translation faster. The AI does the basic thinking first, which creates a nice framework to start with and enhances efficiency. I also appreciate that the initial setup was straightforward.

I find the navigation in Crowdin generally slow. Entering folders, moving between tasks, and going in and out of the dashboard are all slow and not responsive.

Crowdin organizes content for localization and translation. The AI feature makes the translation faster by creating a basic framework that improves efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple, it works effectively across multiple languages, and it makes collaboration easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific comes to mind right now. One thing they could improve, though, is offering more proactive recommendations.

This has helped make our app effective for US and UK audiences, and in the future, we plan to use it for more languages as well.
