Everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
If you need a comprehensive tool to manage your translation/localization, you're in the right place. With Crowdin, we reduced our translation cost by more than half (especially because of MT integrations and effective TM).
The platform is very user-friendly and intuitive, which is a big plus since we use it every day for all of our translation/localization projects. Also, this makes newcomer onboarding much quicker and more effective.
When we encounter any issues, the Support team responds right away, and they speak our language, which makes resolving issues even quicker. In the past year, almost all of our requests were resolved, and we're more than happy!

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is not a lot to dislike. Even if we have some improvement requests, the Crowdin team considers them when developing new features. One thing to work on is still the TM management and TM cleaning tool. However, the team is constantly developing it, and we see improvements with each release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem was our translation cost and inconsistency because of the different executors at the translation agency. With Crowdin, we managed to bring all executors together and onboard them so that everyone was aligned with our requirements and expectations. We provided all the necessary reference materials, glossary, and updated TM, and in such a way, we have now experienced a team, clean TM, reduced cost because of all of that, and, most importantly, high-quality, consistent translations.
Best translation tool for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is crisp and navigation is intuitive, allowing easy access to all features. Initially, I intended to translate just two products into Brazilian Portuguese. After mastering the navigation and review features, I expanded to more languages and utilized their automation for generating initial transcriptions. The integration with ChatGPT and GitHub connects seamlessly with our repository, enabling reviewers and translators to directly update our codebase. All processes are automated through their UI, eliminating the need for people on my team to attach files to emails for translators to translate. It’s also cost-effective compared to other products."
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard to understand some of the concepts in the translation industry. The product was well thought for people familiar with the different roles but for someone looking for a simple translation it was a bit much.
The product seems designed for those already familiar with localization. It features concepts like translation memories and glossaries. This made it difficult for someone just seeking a simple translation tool. However, I know get it and thanks to the way those concepts work I was able to separate responsibilities among my team and get contractors with the right access control, which was a significant benefit.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our SaaS product and a Web library translated into more than 10 tier-1 languages. Crowdin handles all the updates whenever we do code changes to the products. It informs users about the new words that were found and propose translations to them.
Great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The Crowdin customer service is fast and always helps us to fix any issues. Crowdin is a great solution for our multilingual website.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes. But it would be nice to have a button to duplicate a language. Like duplictating es-ES to es-MX, es-CO and es-AR.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Crowdin we can manage all languages in one place for our website. After making changes to any language, we create a new translation file and all changes are imported to our live website.
Easy to use and very helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
The live github sync plugin and easy access for contributors
What do you dislike about the product?
In the georgian language it complains about the letters not being the same case, when georgian doesn't even have uppercase and lowercase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy translation with multiple team members.
Powerful language management tool for multilingual SaaS
What do you like best about the product?
A great plus is the extensive selection of languages and the automated translation into a new language with just a few clicks. What I really like is the spell and format check to make sure new translations are correct. I work with the tool several times per week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Bitbucket occasionally causes glitches, resulting in unintended translations being pushed for updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managemet of approx. 8 languages of our SaaS product.
Localisation process moved to the new level
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we have one place to gather translations for all the products and user-facing interfaces we develop. The speed of delivering localization is spectacular.
The work of developers is now completely decoupled from translation/localization. Fewer dependencies less time you need to sync everybody on everything.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far all good. What can be improved is how billing of additional services is done, but that is really trivial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster time to deliver,
All translations are in one place
Straightforward process to translate/review/approve

A complete and complex tool
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin is a comprehensive tool that offers a number of integrations. We were able to gradually test its use thanks to the support that proved to be responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support for certain file formats is only partial, we would have liked to be able to use more of them with the ability to modify the source files as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin allows non-tech users to translate an application without having to modify the translation files present in the code. This also makes it easy to use automatic translation tools.
After a little struggle to understand the workflow it made life a lot easier for developers
What do you like best about the product?
The approve work flow is good and it is very easy to follow the project states
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is long sync time with azure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before developers did all the translating using copilot + chat GPT. Now the business can do it.
Continuity with sales evaluation and support
What do you like best about the product?
The support we received when evaluating as well as during implementation has been very helpful. I made some assumptions about the platform being harder to use or lacking in features compares to the competition, but once I made a spreadsheet of our needs, it was an obvious choice to go with Crowdin.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI feels a bit clunkier than some of the competition, but the features are there and the pricing is superior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously connecting with a translation provider that was hard to geto work orders from. Additionally, we were manually tracking all the changes. Crowdin gives us a source of truth for our translations as well as handles duplicates for us. We can save money and provide a better experience to our users in other languages.
Seamless Laravel integration
What do you like best about the product?
I highly value Crowdin for its seamless Laravel integration, which greatly simplifies the translation and updating process for our Laravel projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Crowdin's pricing to be somewhat steep, and given the cost, I am considering switching to a free alternative if I need to upgrade my account once more. Additionally, the quality of AI translations falls short of current industry standards, leaving room for significant improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin effectively solves the complex challenge of managing and organizing translations across various languages, streamlining this process within one integrated platform. It also fosters collaboration, enabling my team and I to work together efficiently on translation tasks, ensuring consistency and quality in our multilingual content.
