Great time-saver for complex translations of a software product
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin shines in several areas - easy management of 15+ translations, flawless detection of new and updated original texts that are pending translation, translation memory (dictionary), and automated translation proposals. Compared to how we managed translations in Excel files several years ago, Crowdin makes our lives so much easier. We have been updating our translations on a monthly basis for a few years already using Crowdin.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had to tweak the integration because the built-in scanning of source files in Git was too slow. So we had to have an intermediate step of preparing translation files for Crowdin and then converting the translations back. I have to mention that Crowdin customer support was very helpful in the process, helping with optimizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of 15+ translations of a software product that includes Web UI and mobile applications.

The API documentation is a bit tricky to understand. Took a while to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our interface for translating our game.
Translation Companies work with this tool and send us their translation via Crowdin.

Comprehensive Localization Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin is a very good localization software for modern companies that look to incorporate machine translations and connect localization to the existing workflow. Plenty of integrations with tools like CMS, Helpdesks or even simple Google Sheets make Crowdin a go to choice. We have been a client for more than a year and we are very satisfied we made the switch.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface, good integration with workflows, lots of guides that helps with implementation, responsive customer support. I'm using it daily with my team and we really like it, design is intuitive and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be lower, some advanced settings require some learning.

Crowdin helps me a lot with managing translations. It puts all my translation projects in one place, making it easy to handle many languages at once. It's great for working together with others because we can all see and work on the translations at the same time. It also connects well with other software I use, so I don't have to move files around manually. Plus, it has tools that make repetitive translation tasks faster and more accurate. Basically, Crowdin makes the whole process of translating stuff smoother and simpler.

Great tool for sharing content across languages
What do you like best about the product?
To easily integrates to GitHub for content. Quick onboarding of translators. Fast respons from Support during the setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like translatar to access a Sync Now button. As of now you have to wait 15-60 minutes to see the effect of at translation.

Single place to easily keep track of localization for multiple platforms, direct integration, translations go straight from product team to the apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of advanced filtering featues, for example it's not possible to list all the strings with empty translations if this empty translation is approved.
No easy way to mark a translation for some language as "not needed"

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single source of truth for localizations, automation of exporting localization and using it in the apps
I have translated > 40,000 strings on 3 differents projects and and I will continue with pleasure.

I have not yet found how to import the field to translate and the translation at the same time for a project initiated outside of Crowdin but I will find out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin allows me to easily translate part of an xml file and when exporting I find this complete file with only the part to translate which has changed so it's perfect
I love it! My favourite CAT tool so far
What do you like best about the product?
It's very ease to use and integrating it with other software is super easy. It has many features, and TM/Glossary search is very useful. Their customer service is excellent! They always answer in a timely manner and find a solution. I have been using this tool for over a year everyday and I am very satisfied with it,.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides. I am satisfied with it.

We collaborate with various departments and thanks to Crowdin, we have reduced a lot of admin time.
Really modern Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use with clean minimalistic UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently i didn't experience any downsides of crowdin.

It really helped me make my Software more accesible to everyone. I can just Post the Project and the people help to translate it into their own Language. Also i do no longer use Translators to translate my apps.
