Spot on fun functionality and great support
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin does what it should, support translation management of large multilingual projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not easy to use for occasional translators. It would be great if Crowdin would start supporting Google Docs and Slides.

Faster translation and collaborative translation

multiple selection sometimes was not possible or really difficult to have, sometimes I lost all the selection for a wrong click (the box is too small)

Being able to work on multiple different projects from a single account while being easy and clear to navigate is great

The experience on the mobile using browser is little more complicated, it’s missing a standalone app.

Localization of application for world-wide use.

What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin Support is available 24/7! When we first started using Crowdin, not only did they provide educational training, but they also promptly addressed our inquiries. Whether through email or chat, our questions were quickly answered!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since just starting to use Crowdin, we haven't identified any significant drawbacks so far. Even if there are issues, we can promptly receive answers through customer support!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, we managed extensive strings using Google Sheets. Now, through Crowdin, we can efficiently organize and manage these strings. Additionally, various roles within the project, including PMs, engineers, and translators, can easily collaborate and work within the platform. Furthermore, due to the excellent support from Crowdin and Figma, we can effectively address the challenges related to multilingual content across various screens!

Both the product and the customer support team are superb.

Absolutely nothing to dislike about. My experience with Crowdin has been great.

Mobile app translation can be a project nightmare with a bad translation management system.
Crowdin has proven to have all the features we badly needed, and the system is so easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful, flexible translation management platform with even better technical support
What do you dislike about the product?
The only areas in which we sometimes have concerns revolves around uncertainties about the status of plug-ins and extensions: are they fully supported? Are they free or premium services? We do get mixed messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CrowdIn gives us a single platform where dozens of volunteer translators from our community can contribute efficiently and effectively.
Likeable UI and features, with some improvements wanted
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up a project, the UI, the find and search feature, comments feature, customer support is helpful. There is a lot to like about Crowdin.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know about the glossary feature, however, it would be a big winning feature to have the ability to program a glossary that automatically changes or keeps words the same. For e.g., if I have an EN source file to translate in FR and DE, I could identify all the EN words that should not be translated when using the machine translation feature so that "Go Home", when Home is a word I want in EN, translates automatically to "Rentrer à la Home" and "Nach Home gehen".

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin solves the problem of back and forth files via email since it connects to GitHub. It also solves the problem of possibly making errors to a file. It provides an easy interface to use for proofreaders who can use features like search, find/replace, and comment on areas they have questions.

Best localization service
What do you like best about the product?
Crowdin offers an easy to use webapp for translating strings. It is also very easy to add external translators to the process. The best point for us is, that we can automate everything with the API. We also use the integration of AI Models to translate our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything. It works perfectly fine for my purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin is our universal translation platform, where we manage all translations for our app UI.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use Crowdin. It really makes it easy to translate anything into my native language. It also offers good suggestions for translations. I have used it for many years now, and it has become better with time.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit expensive if you want to host a transation page, but luckily free to translate other products.

It makes it easy and possible to localize a service you like into your native language.
