The most useful CAT tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
This is the most comfortable CAT tool I’ve used in my 15-year career as a professional translator. Its features are very useful and help me deliver tasks in the shortest possible time. The preview feature, in particular, is very helpful and helps avoid unnecessary questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small businesses, the price feels somewhat high. Also, for some reason, the hotkeys are different in the Enterprise version, which can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of time management, it is the tool that allows me to complete translation work in the shortest possible time by offering many very useful functions. When I face a problem, support members always resolve any issue in no time.
Complete package for localization
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is extremely intuitive and easy to work with. The website offers numerous tools that make your work a breeze, both for translators, agencies and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is understandable, but high for small agencies who would like to use the platform for a few small clients..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's extremely easy to work with TM and communicate with clients/vendors, including following up on created issues.
User friendly and easy onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I very quickly learnt how to use the platform with it's different features. It was a good way to collaborate with clients compared to traditional CAT tools. I am very satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it a little bit difficult to know exactly how much I am going to earn on a specific project (weighted word count). This is probably a user issue more than a tool issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdin is allowing me to offer my translation services to a broader range of agencies. When my clients started using Crowdin I experienced an increased workflow with less administrative work.
Convenient platform for multilingual projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like the commenting feature with the ability to mention people for specific segments. Tracking progress is also very helpful. AI function that considers previous translations is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s still not possible to see file names when searching previous translations. It would also be useful to have links to open the files containing the searched term.

Having a united system for specific project with everything needed in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, good overview of workload and easy to contact other users. Easy to switch between different projects. I like the new functionality to track time.

Option to open keep a task open while working on a job in the dashboard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy way to manage translations and having access to other languages is sometimes very helpful. Quick and easy way to contact content managers if anything is unclear.
Great web-based CAT Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Crowdin as it allows you to discuss issues, ask questions, and see questions from other translators. I also want to highlight its user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should listen the users more for making improvements.
