What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of all of the various equipment we have is now easy. Many ways we can set things up for ourselves and even for our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas take a bit of work to get integrated/setup (which i dont think is really avoidable, so it's only a half dislike). Once done.. Smooth sailing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having no clue what equipment an employee has when they leave has been a huge pain. We have had many iterations of spreadsheets, checklists, and so on. These are only good if everyone cooperates and uses said systems properly. Which is not always the case
