AssetSonar is the Class Leading Asset Management Solution YOU NEED
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth and easy to navigate interface with all of the power under the hood you would expect from a best in breed product.
Deployment was a breeze, and integration into our ITSM solution was seemless - you couldnt ask for an easier product to stand up.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a customization junkie - so I would always love to see more capabilities for custom fields and modifying where/how they are interacted with and displayed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accuracy in reporting and data!
Being able to accurately and succinctly provide up-to-the-minute asset details is a godsend

Easy to use, love the dashboard functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports are a little more difficult to configure and get setup. Also wish summary emails could be customized more.

Keeps track of all of our internet assets

does not work well with our Meraki firewalls. I would like to see this resolved so we can easily capture devices such as printers.

In a business such as ours where we have multiple locations it simplifies being able to account for everything at your fingertips

What do you like best about the product?
We use AssetSonar to keep track of all of the equipment given out to our company and it works very well. It's very easy to check out equipment to a user and keep track of who has it and what office it is located at. The charts are pretty easy to read and adding new users to keep track of is very straightforward. It took a bit to integrate and implement it in to our current system, but since the change over it has been very consistent. I also like the daily update emails letting us know what assets have been checked out/in as many members of the IT staff use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike that I can think of is that sometimes it takes a while for stock to update when it has been added to Jamf
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have three different office locations and seven more independent locations that we provide equipment to within our company, so it can be very difficult to keep track of everything we have sent out. AssetSonar made it easy by allowing us to keep track of everything in one place.
Ease of use is the value in itself
What do you like best about the product?
Assignment and checking out of equipment is effortless. Our IT management team is having a much easier time with the uiser friendly UI
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could integrate it into our freshworks service desk for inventory

warranty tracking, full asset information in the description, and the ability to notate
Overall, Pretty Good. Needs refinement
What do you like best about the product?
It manages assets well, and allows the creation of bundles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their verification signatures aren't very good. When someone signs that they're taking an asset, it only logs their signature and doesn't log what they signed with it. So, basically, there's no way to prove that anyone signed anything of relevance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AssetSonar is allowing us to pivot from using an Excel sheet to manage our assets to a more controlled software for managing this with reporting capabilities, etc.

we were managing software and hardwarein about 100 spreadsheets. now it is all in one place and provides reports for our executive team.
Controled Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in the ability to transfer an asset to the technician that is fixing/preparing for the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface may be more bolder for more visibility or the ability to change the theme and make it darker
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At times the asset is moved around without documentation and the ability to track it's whereabout. This is fixed by AssetSonar

Super responsive and capable support. Very quick in implementing solution

Slowliness of the dashboard. It's often super slow especially in the auto suggestion checkout page

Implementation of auto checkout feature -> works super good and saves a lot of time bc there is no need for manual assignments

Have been using for a little more than a year now and has been helpful for tracking IT inventory.
What do you like best about the product?
Asset visibility. Easy to check asset status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like too many options and can be convaluted.

The only issue is getting my users to use the product correctly.
