Great System for Surveillance

What do you like best about the product?
The artificial intelligence functions of rhombus set it apart from its competitors, and we found a lot of value in its detection capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specifically, aside from it being a relatively new company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us keep our team and our site secure.

Rhombus makes camera management software easy and effortless

What do you like best about the product?
The camera work well, really well especially outdoors. There is even an Apple TV app to view the camera system from the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet, if I'm thinking maybe more integrations with automation systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out of all the camera systems I've used, rhombus is the one that never fails.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to set up and navigate the online admin portal, quick customer service response to emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of times the camereas lose the streaming signal. Possibly an interference or short range issue..??
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Up to date ifnormation regarding the cameras, potential issues and newsletters.

Great Camera's with Easy to Use Interface

What do you like best about the product?
Great camera quality and the interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Employees learned the software very quickly which made my job easier and gave them the ability to manage the software and videos without the need for assistance. The system was very easy to implement and setup and has been running without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be slow at times during heavy network traffic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we were'nt able to view our video feeds offsite. Now with Rhombus, we can view the cameras from anywhere which has made it much easier to manage a 24/7 operation.

What do you like best about the product?
The centrlization of the Rhombus platform to view and monitor all cameras is great. Authentication complies with our alignment of centralized SAML sign-on to all cloud apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The camera quality is not great on the R400, look for a higher quality camera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Rhombus gives us 24/7, 365 access to the entire perimeter of our building allowing us knowledge of the happenings around the space.

Great Cameras. Even Better Service

What do you like best about the product?
I would say the best thing about Rhombus is their customer service. You'll deal with very knowledgable guys here at Rhombus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only thing I dislike about Rhombus so far is the spotty livestream service on their webpage. Sometimes it works well, sometimes it can be very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say Rhombus has helped us solve small mysteries in the office. Thank you for being my eyes.

What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus allows you to choose to have 3rd party monitoring of your offsite markets and pinpoint possible theft scenarios
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are camera placement issues that may not capture everything needed.
Upsides are the services available to allow their team to help find issues before they become larger shrink expenses

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implemetation, scalability, integrations, segmentations, ease of use and access to Rhombus account team / Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes at this time other than turn over of account reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use Rhombus for Physical Security and Video Surveillance for safety to include using it to verify worker's comp situations, etc.

The dashboard and functions are easy to use.

We've found no downsides to using Rhombus so far.

Cloud CCTV - We are able to monitor all of our office spaces via one dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Breadth of offering, Usable technolgy with a camera for every application supported by ancillary products such as environmental monitoring, panic buttons, etc.. 24X7 Monitoring available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't get GUN detection figured out. Need to either buy the source company or package it easily as an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to solve customer issues while getting paid.
