What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support is prompt, knowledgeable, and resolves issues efficiently. Great service,.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I think Rhombus is laid out exceptionally well—I can't think of any improvements to the GUI at this time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus solves the problem of managing and accessing security footage quickly and intuitively. The system’s user-friendly interface and smart search features save me time when reviewing incidents, and the real-time alerts help me stay proactive instead of reactive. It’s made our security operations far more efficient and responsive.

WHat I like the most Is the being able to get easy access to the software

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of finding and clipping videos as well as the ability for Rhombus to integrate with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes their is lag if you are in the system for a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I daily have to check video footage to determine the location of students and to tell if they are telling the truth. This has also been useful for security breaches.
Great offsite software
What do you like best about the product?
That I can access cameras offsite which makes it much easier to review footage.

That we run out of storage space quickly.

we can access camera footage from off site which is very handy.

Seamless security management with excellent visibility and control
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus has made it incredibly easy to manage our entire camera infrastructure remotely, saving our IT and facilities teams a significant amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is extremely reliable, the initial learning curve for configuring custom alerts and zones can be a bit steep. We also found that some advanced features are limited to higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for smaller organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus is helping us centralize and streamline our video surveillance and physical security across multiple locations. Before Rhombus, managing footage was time-consuming and reactive — now we have real-time alerts, remote access, and easy incident retrieval.
It was very easy to set up, in every way.

rhombus has very useful features that are helpful during investigations of on campus incidents.

Sometimes clipped footage takes a while to download to share with investigators.
