I love Rhombus
What do you like best about the product?
It provides excellent security and it very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I feel like it does everything that we need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can deter theft on our construction sites thanks to Rhombus.

What do you dislike about the product?
Rhombus DR20/DR40 wave to unlock (both Android and iOS) and phone NFC unlock (iOS) features could benefit from further polishing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus is helping us combine our video, access control, and alarm monitoring into a single cloud-based solution. This has lead to a simplification with our IT systems and processes.
Great product for monitoring business property
What do you like best about the product?
Camera install and system navigation are very easy. Setup took very little time with the help of our MSP. Camera customization is great, and provides lots of options.
What do you dislike about the product?
We installed Rhombus 200's and the only thing we have issues with is when we want to see very detailed information regarding our actual production processes. Sometimes the picture isn't as clear as we'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peace of mind that our property is safe. Also some functionality in problem solving production issues.
We've had 2 installed and are installing 6 more because we like the quality of the product

The installation process was not great, we had problems with the installer more than once

We have had break ins and homeless sleeping in our units having the rhombus security has sstopped that.
Great cameras for large corporations
What do you like best about the product?
No server needed on site to store footage so managing data is easier. We were able to integrated into our door locking system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is the largest drawback. The other issue is the video wall which potentially sucks up resources.

Long term video surveillance capture.

What do you like best about the product?
The app is amazing! It is so clear and detailed. Like none other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I wouldn't change a thing. It beats all the competitors.

Watching employees and being able to see it myself.

I like that I am able to go back and review exactly what happend. I also like to be able to monitor areas remotely.

I receive lots of messages but I beleive this can be changed in the settings.

I am able to go back and review incidents that occur. I am also able to remotely monitor the building and it's surroundings.
Easy to use solution
What do you like best about the product?
I have experience using several different security camera systems and Rhombus is by far my favorite interface for reviewing footage and watching live feeds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The movement detection feature is not very accurate, but that's not the end of the world.

Need to be able to monitor our building anytime, anywhere.
