I love the facial recognition and how great the customer service is.

I don't dislike anything about Rhombus. It's great!

A+ Great software, easy to navigate and setup. Recommend you setup camera in house then onsite.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate around. Not over populated with options. Easy to find items and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
None really, basic software and features. Maybe at times it lags but thats rare but that could be many things. Needs solida internet connection.

Inegration and notifications of possible theft.

Security for our coworking space that members have access to 24/7. Helps to see who is or was in the building.

I have multipule sites on Rhombus and they make it so easy to navigate from one to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I've disliked is that when I speed up the video, it either closes out or freezes. It doesn't do it all of the time but it does happen.

They are helping me keep an eye on my properties without having to physically be there if I can't be.

Very durable against the weather. Web interface is very easy to use.

Have not found anything yet about this product I do not like.

We are required to have 24/7 video of election areas and this product has not failed us yet.
Rhombus Helps Make Security Cameras As Simple As It Can Be
What do you like best about the product?
The Rhombus Camera system allows for deep user access control. Our clients are able to manage the access of the cameras down to the user or group and location or individual camera. This allows for almost total control and confidence of the access of the cameras.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI part of the Rhombus system still appears to be a little farfetched. While not awful by any means, it's still not up the magic that everyone in the industry is hoping and waiting for. That said, it's fine enough, so long as a few caveats are maintained. Mainly, The Higher Quality Cameras make a huge difference, specifically the ones with the optical zoom and 4k+ capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User access is the main problem Rhombus has been able to solve in my eyes. Visual security comes with it's slew of issues. Being able to control which users have access to which cameras and to what extrent they can modify camera settings is wonderful. We can even allow for users to be timed out automatically so we dont have to keep reminders to go back in and revoke access .

Ease of use and very convenient as a daily tool. Plenty of features and integrates nicely.

Too many emails unrelated to need of the product.

Identifying and targeting issues quickly and sending directly to those who need it.

What do you like best about the product?
The software and setup with apple tv is amazing and simple. The camera definiton is outstanding. I use these cameras daily.

Nothing. Rhombus is perfect as it is so far. Thank you.

Theft is GONE now.
Rhombus has helped me keep an eye on my warehouse at all times through the day

The apps interface is easily accessible and very user friendly

One downside to rhombus is the app has glitches every once in a while and doesn't catch the notifications
