Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access footage remotely and securely with great camera quality has been paramount in asset protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there hasn't been anything I've disliked. Camera placement during installation could be slightly improved due to lighting but everything else has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The easy to navigate controls, how you can move through cameras easily. The different angles.

allows 24/7 security on premise solutions and connected via the cloud for ease of use and management.

Using Rhombus
What do you like best about the product?
We converted a short time ago. I am learning the system. Two months now and I am very pleased with the ease of the cameras and software

Nothing really. I am very pleased. We are waiting for more cameras to be installed. So far no dislikes at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can go home and night with the calming knowledge that Rhombus in standing watch over the campus.
User friendly system that allows anywhere access and expedient playback when required.

Easil searchable, we have three locations and 50+ cameras.

Occasionally will freeze my phone - Samsung s22

It gives peace of mind knowing our surveilance system is always accesible and is capturing everything.
Accurate and precise viewing
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very easy to use and has a number of features. I also love the mobile app. We use Rhombus pretty frequently. And the integration is amazing. I have not had to use customer support just yet, but the system seems to have great support for customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It stalls sometimes when watching in 4x or faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us know when there are people trespassing after hours.
Rhombus Cameras used for our business
What do you like best about the product?
We use Rhombus cameras to view our Micro Markets. This has help us to have great communications with our customers in order to provide a great customer experience and good working relationship. It also keeps their employees honest.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Dislikes as of yet. The Installation of the product is quick and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Theft in our markets was an issue, but with the cameras linked with a monitoring service - we have been able to reduce out theft considerably.

the cameras often reset and go off and on and then causes dozens of emails each time filling my mailbox
