Great Account Executive
What do you like best about the product?
Our experiance working with Rhombus to find and close deals has been great. Easy to contact, wonderful support. Rhombus is always willing to provide help and resources for our customers. I always get comments about how simple and easy it is to navigate the features and settings in the Rhombus Console.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that has been hard is the availability of the Access Control line. We have a customer that we have sold a system to and we haven't received any test/demo gear let-alone the controllers for the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like to use the integrations and AI features to do creative things in our office and for our customers. The integration with PDK Access Control has helped us have insight to who is accessing the doors and if the person matches the credentials they are using to unlock the door.
Great cameras for schools.
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Rhombus for a little over a year. We have had very few problems but when we do, customer support has been very helpful. As safety administrator for my district, we use the cameras to record incidents on campus. The handy phone app allows me to be anywhere and view them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the only downside to Rhombus, but you also get what you pay for as we have experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many students on campus, Rhombus allows us to utilize the facial recognition aspect and located students quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
The company was easy to work with, good training, and very helpful if there was an issue.

I have no negative comments about the Rhombus system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had limited video camera coverage in our four story, block-long building. now have coverage in every hallway and around the outside of the building.

Easy to use, reliable, and great support
What do you like best about the product?
The cameras are very reliable and have excellent quality. Their 360 camera is really awesome and provides complete 360 degree coverage for an area. Their support in incredible. The few times we've had issues with a camera that could not be resolved they quickly shipped us a replacemet. They were also easy to setup and install. You just use the app on your phone to set them up and then install them like any other POE camera. We use them pretty much every day and it was a very easy switch from our previous camera system, they integrated seamlessly into our environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cameras can be pricey depending on the model you get and you have to have a license for each camera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had multuple separate security camera systems across our sites and it was a pain keeping up with each one. Some were really old and accessing them remotely was a pain and also a security risk due to opening up ports in the firewall. Rhombus was an excellent solution for this issue. Now we use Rhombus from all our sites and have central control of all the security cameras. We have multiple sites setup in the console and can easily give users access to the sites they need to see. Viewing the cameras is as simple as logging into the web console through a web browser or using the app.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to install. Nice looking interface for management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monthly pricing. Bricked if you don't pay up. Facial does not always tag properly which defeats the purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording video and saving it to the cloud. No need for on-site storage. Easier to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is a very effective and easy to use camera system. We have a four camera system on our school campus. It is easy to use and access for playback when needed. It works great for us and our location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a dislike as of yet. Works great!

Ease of their online portal to review footage.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the cameras are easy to set up and the dashboard is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, we receive false alerts on our vape sensors. That is a minor issue. Overall, I think they have an excellent product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use the videos to be proactive in our approach to security, as well as a reactive approach when there is an issue that needs to be investigated.

Camera feeds are available to view online. Holds up to 30 days of past recordings.High rez recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequently drops offline to Rhombus. Takes a long time for cameras to reconnect to Rhombus after rebooting.
