Excellent camera
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to install, dashboard layout was friendly, picture quality was fantastic. Technical support was very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really camera fit the needs did what we wanted to accomplish
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for a vehicle and people counting solution and it was able to capture what we needed it to do
Rhombus is the EASY BUTTON
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and cloud-based solutions Rhombus offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't yet have a water detection solution tied to their environmental sensor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to remove on-prem hardware that was out of support and costly to maintain.
I use Panoptyc and Rhombus cameras all the time for all of my new market installs

Good and helpful customer service and very reliable service and products

Sometimes getting new cameras installed and online take a bit longer to get them connected to the network

What do you like best about the product?
1. Being able to save clips from certain videos to further review later.
2. Being able to tell if human was present by yellow bar shown at the bottom of video.

What do you dislike about the product?
The video will freeze when fast forwarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making our workers accountable for their actions and it benifits us by being able to see if employees are making unsafe actions.
Best Cameras for everyday business
What do you like best about the product?
ease ability is the best but NO DVR or maintenance is awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes cameas are not as clear but that is NOT due to camera but elements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better clarity for license plate and people recognition
My experience with rhombus is so good i feel highly secure on site
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the alerts on different movements the camera detect .
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything off the top of my head but i guess the only problem i have is switching the the mobile app to the desktop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to secure the site without having to run back and forth outside , I can see who's coming in and out , hear audio all from my desktop
Rhombus work experience
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has been extremely effective in my current job position. I have had zero delays in videos and when I need to pull up an occurance that occured when I was not in the building it is very easy to do so. I utilize this tool several times a day and it is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when it says the "camera is not healthy" which due to be being technologocally unadvanced I do not fully understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to thetype of facility I run, it is very helpful to have video to corroborate what has occured in the building in my absence when an incident is reported after hours.
Reliable and ease to use
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus helps to keep track of what is happening at the premises by monitoring the activity of coworkers and visitors at our business' site during business and non-business hours. Rhombus notification during non-business hours are the great feature to get alert if any human movements. We can monitor everything from our mobile app and It's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to buy cloud or some additional feature to save any data beyond 30 days. If there was an option to save data automatically upto 180 days, it would make more reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Business security strategy - As a company, there are lot of data like employee data, products information, intellectual property, physical assests and client related informations etc in the office premises.
Great products with superior support
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus system provide the best options for someone looking to hone in on their security and safety. Their ecosystem is so simple yet incredibley powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to have opportunities see the difference in an off the shelf product when discussing Rhombus and why it should alwys be the goto solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping the security simple and clean without the need for any 3rd party solutions. Everything is contained in the application
Rhombus is a great turnkey solution!
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus' web-enabled cameras have allowed us more flexibility in placement without the need for a central servers or additional overhead. This has allowed us to place cameras in our accessory buildings with differnt internet connetions with absolute ease. Plus, the playback is instant and always works perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the annual fees. It is fair that Rhombus charges for online storage and such, but the fact that the cameras will not work without a paid license fee has the potential to create additional eWaste and there must be better ways to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since installing Rhombus cameras, we have seen a notable decrease in illegal dumping. We also have had customers mention feeling more secure - well done!
