Great products with superior support
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus system provide the best options for someone looking to hone in on their security and safety. Their ecosystem is so simple yet incredibley powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to have opportunities see the difference in an off the shelf product when discussing Rhombus and why it should alwys be the goto solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping the security simple and clean without the need for any 3rd party solutions. Everything is contained in the application
Rhombus is a great turnkey solution!
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus' web-enabled cameras have allowed us more flexibility in placement without the need for a central servers or additional overhead. This has allowed us to place cameras in our accessory buildings with differnt internet connetions with absolute ease. Plus, the playback is instant and always works perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the annual fees. It is fair that Rhombus charges for online storage and such, but the fact that the cameras will not work without a paid license fee has the potential to create additional eWaste and there must be better ways to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since installing Rhombus cameras, we have seen a notable decrease in illegal dumping. We also have had customers mention feeling more secure - well done!
Extremely robust, reliable and intuitive camera security system!
What do you like best about the product?
I love your online UI. It's very easy to navigate to any newcomer. Being able to easily navigate camera history has saved our warehouse HOURS of searching for misplaced packages and parts!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first the history timeline was a little confusing but after playing around with it I began to understand it. Overall, the functionality is great but maybe the footage timeline could be slightly more intuitive for newcomers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lost parts, misplaced by warehouse personnel. Stolen packages by internal employees. Saving time, money, and providing evidence to administer discipline to dishonest employees.

What do you like best about the product?
The portal is really easy to navagate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The license plate tracker could work a little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had a series of criminal incidents at the shop. We feel better knowing rhombus is watching.
Rhombus has fantastic analytics and an easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the platform is. I love how easy it is to scrub through the video history.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing is a bit pricey, but aside from that I don't have any other dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a number of Rhombus systems I manage. Rhombus solves a lot of challenges with video surveillance that I have had in the past. It seems effortless.
Storage Facility Security Cameras
What do you like best about the product?
After trying numerous different cameras and companies for our 37 storage locations, we learned about Rhombus. We like the durability Rhombus offers compared to the alternatives we were trying. Additionally, Rhombus partners with Dove to assist customers with installation and on-site trouble shooting. We are very excited to implement Rhombus technology at our facilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
More expensive than others, but the pros far outweigh the cons with the functionality and durability of the cameras. The cameras are very easy to use and view daily on your phone and/or on the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring our properties so we can capture license plates and theft. To deter unknown visitors and theft.
Rhombus Cameras for Office Security and Staff Accountability
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setup and supportive technical support. Pricing was very competitive compared to other options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cameras did not have audio which required additional equipment. This may not be a big deal to others, but for my internal office use, this was needed. Outside security cameras would never require this so I believe most applications would not affect their requirements for a system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability for the office staff. I am able to log in and see the staff at work and when they arrive.
Fully functional, but leaves a lot to be desired
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to use and quickly recall video.
What do you dislike about the product?
The vapor sensors do not do a great job detecting THC and the cameras are not super HD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just keeping an eye on the property while i'm walking around the property and doing other administrative tasks.
Rhombus System
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very easy to use. Once they are installed doesn't take much training to operate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really wasn't anything I didn't like. It does increase the internet used at each location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have the ability to see all markets from the office. Thief has been reduced. We can now take action when someone is stealing.
The best and easiest setup process
What do you like best about the product?
The admin portal is very easy to use and setting up the cameras is steamlined. Customer service is great as well with quick and accurate feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't available on the lower end camera models that isn't worth paying the extra money for the advanced cameras. Would like to be able to have digital zoom and digital camera movement (left to right, up and down) through the portal but not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web portal available for managers outside of the LAN.
