nice software with ease of access.
What do you like best about the product?
rhombus allows you to access multiple different cameras at different facilities the same time
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it is glitchy and lags, sometimes lacking in terms of resolution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
rhomus helps us do remote check-ins and monitor who is on the property and in the kiosk

I think Rhombus has the best live video. Minimal buffering and the picture is always clear !

I honestly have no coplaints about rhombs , the system is very easy to navigate and easy to explain to new users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security issues are resolved, we also have more hands on experiences with our customers when we can see exactly what they are doing while helping them with our systems
Used the cameras to monitor a construction site.
What do you like best about the product?
Having cameras on a site is priceless for incident investigation and monitoring HR issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website was slow most of the time. It made reviewing past footage and extracting clips painful.

The camera footage provides documentation for incident investigation.
Ease of implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing a Rhombus deployment was super easy. Our expectations were this was going to require quite a bit of work with the physical deployment because of the sophistication of the equipment but that was not the case. The cameras were no harder to install and aim than standard security cameras. And, setting up the portal was also very easy, though I would highly recommend that you engage their engineering team to take full advantage of the capabilities of the cameras. That team was extremely helpful with that process.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are a little bit expensive, but still all things considered well worth the price.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the cameras becasue they show great details. The website is user friendly and the app is great to view them from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am working on the recent faces for the facial recognition. It may take a bit.

We are able to view our cameras from remote locations.
Exceptional Product - Top Notch system
What do you like best about the product?
Facial Recognition, License plate .... it is fabulous system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. It works as planned, so if you are looking for something wrong... you got a problem.

Rhombus is such a great tool for any business!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's so easy to use and allows me to see what is taking place in the office that I run, ensuring my employees are safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I really dislike about rhombus. It has really worked well for us since we started using it!

Gives our business full security in an area where there are a lot of people walking by. Knowing we and our office product is safe!
Great System
What do you like best about the product?
Clear video, easy to use. Love the incident notices.

May not catch everything and too many notifications of the same issue.

Great camera coverage and can isolate to a certain incident.
Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly! They couldn't have developed anything more easy to navigate through.

I absolutely love this program! Just a few clicks and I have created my case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small community bank and when I have a customer that says a teller didn't give them the correct amount of cash, I can easily pull up video and zoom in and see the exact denominations of currency.

What do you like best about the product?
The system continues to be updated and gets better with each update. Firmware upgrades are carefully controlled. I haven't had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Audio with the separate speaker appliance could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus helps us be more productive as an IT Department. No longer are we having to spend hours upon hours pulling footage.
