What do you like best about the product?
That it continues to record despite internet access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to tell an additional way whether the problem is power or internet based. But love love love the product!!!

Giving us eyes at the property.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of Rhombus equipment as well as the professionalism received by their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the cost. The ability to acquire funds for a complete Rhombus package has been a bit tough for our small corporation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have a clear view of the areas needed for the security and safety of students and staff.
Solid system with useful features
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud based, lots of features, easy to use on computer or app

None so far, actually. It's performing well and is very responsive.

Our school needs camera coverage both inside and out. Rhombus gives us that coverage.
Security System Tech
What do you like best about the product?
Installation is quick and easy. Camera choices are straightforward. The web console is super easy to use. Same-day support response in most cases. Did I say support is great.With over 299 active camera installed in 5 locations,
What do you dislike about the product?
With over 299 active camera installed in 5 locations, I can say I do not have any dislikes. Keep up responding to console feature requests. So far you are great job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can cover double the are with the options of the standard cameras and 360 cameras. We are also integrating their door sensors. We 82 currently in use. We also integrated HALO smart sensors for all of our High School restrooms. These sensors easily integrate into the Rhombus console.
Excellent solution for cloud based security!
What do you like best about the product?
Provisioning is very easy. Esepcially if you have a thrid party installer. You can grant access to them that gives them rights only to provision and point cameras. Their cameras are reasonable price and packed with features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there were some local troubleshooting capabilities on the camera itself rather than having to RMA it anytime it just won't connect. The ability to flash the SD card even with a base image for re-provisioning. This has been on a very rare occasion where it really hasn't been a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus takes the complexity in sizing and installation location out of the equation. Having a centralize system with native AI capabilities without any additional bolt ons make it a one stop solution. Looking forward to pairing it with their new access control products in our new location.
Implementer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot to like about the Rhombus platform. The team at Rhombus is extremely helpful, the AI features are amazing, and the warrenty can't be beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, I haven't ran into anything I dislike about Rhombus, it would be cool to use the audio features on them but that is illegal in the state I live in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing abour the Rhombus platform is that it's proactive verses being reactive when an inncident occurs.
Great value AI and clear images.
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is easy to use. Setup and configuration is a breeze and getting footage to authorities is really simple. You can empower your low voltage staff to install and configure due to the ease of installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rhombus uses a subscription model. You have to keep it under the subscription or it will be a brick. They should allow us to purchase lifetime or a one time license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus has taken us from the old analog cameras and dvr into that of ai and clould based technology. You can connect all of your cameras and locations together and access via one cloud panel.
Rhombus is great for monitoring a locked door.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Teams is the most helpful for us. We are using the system to monitor our door when our office manager is not able to sit up front. That way a group of us can let in deliveries, inquaries or anyone who rings the bell.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a snip of a photo of who is at the door without having to login every time. Sometimes it can be hard to know if I need to run to the door or if it is already handled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had some issues with breakins and so Rhombus has allowed us to implement a better security solution for our office and helps us stay safe during the day.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality and easy-to-use features combined with a fair price is something that put Rhombus on our top of cameras suppliers

GUI could be better, more simple and smoother.

It is convienent for looking around the property and notifications for your phone or emil.

The lag time in getting someone out after initial install in awful.

It solves being able to remotely check on the property so we can make the proper choices involving security.
