Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The set up process is painless and easy.

I have yet to find any downside or issues with using the product.

Trying to solve a quick deployable solution to fill viewing gaps.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy set up and easy app to review cameras when needed. Stores up to 21 days which is more than enough time in case you need to look something up... once you obtain the date and time you can save the footage and share it really easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure what's not to like??? Maybe a little more faster speed to retrieve past footage? But speed is good

Ability to grab past footage as needed

The cost is a bit prohibitive for smaller school corporations.

What do you like best about the product?
The different camera models allowed us the best overall coverage ion the different areas we were focused on. Video quality it great and the 360 view cameras are terrific for coveraing large areas in all directions. Paired with door sensors we have immediate access to activity at the building. the whole system is dynamic and can be expanded as needs change or you find more uses for the system. The cosole is easy to use and makes montioring and investingating simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, there is some lag when replaying video since the data is distributed among all the cameras. This minor issue is more than offset by the cost and complexity savings of having an on premise CVR device and all the increased network traffic that would generate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track mistakes and non-reported accidents made in our warehouse. The system answers a lot of questions that previously have gone unanswered becuase there were no witnesses. It's even been used to witness a work related injury to an employee and help us retrain employees to avoid similar injuries in the future. With the alert settings, we are alerted to activity at the buidling during off hours.
Great way to monitor a construction site remotely
What do you like best about the product?
The rhombus interface is easy to use and the setup of cameras is intuitive. Being able to easily navigate between cameras and back in time is great for security purposes. The quality is also great for the price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up alerts for the Rhombus system is a little trickier than I anticipated. It's sometimes difficult to understand what the notification settings mean, and our team ended up getting hundreds of emails sometimes when power would cut out to the cameras.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to get an accurate view of the construction site these cameras were serving, and were able to flip between cameras to follow intruders and see where we could improve security.
User Friendly - Rhombus is GREAT
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is so wonderful and user friendly. The dashboard is easy to navigate. I enjoy having access to all of the cameras in one place. The best thing about Rhombus is that it counts people and vehicles which is nice to know.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not experienced any major downsides of Rhombus. I am eager for my school to obtain more cameras to continue utilizing this program to its' full extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus is allowing me to view areas of the school that are of high traffic. This allows me to track students and teachers as well as continue to keep an eye out for safety.

Rhombus app is very easy to use, makes viewing and searching for footage easy

The initial setup was confusing but after some quick training found everything very easy

Great camera quality
The equipment Demo really showed off how good these devices are
What do you like best about the product?
Simple setup, easy to use, and easy to search with. Each Camera is a separate device, so an installation is as scalable as you need it to be. Compared to a Demo of Meraki MVs, the video looks better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real trouble I had was trying rotate the camera 180 degrees in the interface, I just wasn't able to find it on my own (while installing and standing on a ladder).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are starting with a small amount of Cameras at a new Off-site, and we are able to add devices as needed. There is no worry about if the Camera Server was built with enough storage to support all of the devices that will be added later.
