Great access control with a contemporary UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the sleek design of the hardware.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about the product. It works well for our team. Perhaps a Slack integration would make it even better.

We use it for employee access control and to regulate visitors’ access

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the cameras and the amazing workforce that represents rhombus has been a game changer for us and I look foward to doing and learning more with it. It is so easy to use and implement. The customer support and features are amazing. Customer Support is quick to respond and get connected and the ease of integration is amazing. Frequency of use is also out of this world good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I got better camera pixels. However the system is still amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better awareness and ability to keep an eye on what is going on and keep our children safe.
Whether its viewing an individual camera or creating video walls for surveillance, its easy!

VIDEO WALLS! These have been a game changer!

I wish that there were a standalone application for computer as opposed to only a web client.

Loss Prevention and Shrink is something that Rhombus is aiding us in combating! We have been able to also track and review merchandiser performance to ensure a higher level of customer satisfaction.
User-Friendly Hardware and Software That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
We recently opened a brand new manufacturing facility, and the ease of use of both the hardware and software was incredibly appealing to us. The adoption process has been smooth, and our users love it. We're able to easily accommodate our business needs by restricting access to only the right people, at the right time. We highly recommend the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Keyfobs were out of stock - so had to wait almost a month to get them.

Mainly access control to our facility.

Easy to manage from one portal for team and site visibility.

Limited to only using their cameras and wiring onsite didnt work with WLAN that well.

They do the work for you, everything is in one area and easy to navigate and share with customers.

Easy navigation. Everything is on one page and one report.

Rhombus has been very helpful to our business.

Having cameras in our markets deters theft and the facial recognition tool helps find shrinkage.

The biggest down side from my use is the clarity of images from our cameras, though that may have nothing to do w/ Rhombus.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Support for only DASH protocol

Ease of USE, ID based IP address mapping of the Cameras, Support for DASH protocol.
In dynamic IP address, based on ID it is possible to fetch the IP address.
The notifications about the Camera's operational status.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Rhombus is how easy the app is to navigate, as well as how easy it is to change various settings for the cameras.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd prefer to receive an email or text when a camera is down instead of having to log into the app to see that it's down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RHombus is ensuring we have video survellance to keep our building secure in the evenings and mornings when no one is around.
