GREAT PRODUCT
What do you like best about the product?
An easy low-cost camera that allows us to remote in and view our ghost kitchens from anywhere. Simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No sound on the cameras it would be nice sometimes to be able to hear what they are saying. Also login web address does not stay logged in as it states that it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to be able to view our locations remotely from anywhere. Allowing us to keep an eye on our employees and ensure work is being done and the product is made properly.
Can't Shrink when your eyes are open
What do you like best about the product?
I love the built-in AI technology that allows you to detect the shrinkage, then alerts you of the case and builds the cases based on the recurrence of the same individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i would say is how long the playbacks take instead of jumping right into the areas in which shows the theft immediately or the wait time it takes for reviews
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us act on the theft by giving our clients the information they didn't know was happening within their establishments. When we are able to provide reports to our clients that break the issues down to the T helps a lot as well.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used Rhombus for only a short while, but it has been a critical component in improving school safety. The accessibility and surveillance features of the cameras have helped our safety team to identify and respond to emergencies immediately. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. The system is user-friendly and provides an assortment of features, allowing our district to create a safer, more secure learning environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus has allowed our district to improve safety and security measures within our schools. They are excellent for heavily trafficked areas, especially during transition times. The 360* views allow multiple hallways and angles to be viewed with ease.

Being able to view all my cameras 24 hours a day from my phone is amazing. I do not have to be on-site to know what is going on

I would prefer the cameras have the ability to rotate at my command
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have eyes on-site 24 hours a day 365 days a year makes my job a lot easier
Great cameras, great features, and great support.
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations make it great for enterprises and schools alike. Logins can authenticate through Azure AD. It also integrates with our door access system for video clips of badge mismatches, and it integrates with our environmental sensors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video walls can be slow to load, but there is a direct correlation between the number of cameras on the wall and the speed at which it loads. I suppose this is to be expected, but it's the one constant pain point mentioned by our security team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having our camera system on Rhombus means less time maintaining servers and software just to give our teams access to the cameras. The cloud-based video storage and web access allow our team to focus their attention to other matters knowing that the camera system "just works." And if we do run into any issues with a camera, the replacement is auto-shipped and on its way.
Robust and Effective Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Superior quality with indoor and outdoor use. Strong backing with service and customer support if we ever need assistance in deployment (or RMA, rarely needed). Solid system and incredible ability to access from remote and on-site.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike here. The cost can be a deterrence for some, but after evaluating the features and reliability, we generally get this project moving forward. A minor situation where error codes had issues lining up to what the actual cause was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are so many benefits as we mainly use the camera solution. Solving issues of time spent reviewing footage is the most significant help. Able to tag faces and license plates is a great feature. Products are well built and provide a great security feature for us overall.

I feel there should be sections for their temp sensors for the dashboard instead of just cameras

From the start of our relationship with Rhombus we have been satisfied.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using rhombus cameras for about 3 months, and any issues that came up were promptly looked into and resolved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Rhombus to monitor our facilities and parking lot for theft.

Fantastic Cloud based camera solutions
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Rhombus is that there is no need for additional physical storage media which results in additional layers for potential failure among equipment on site
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently a very slim product line with pretty generalized camera offerings, no additional niche style cameras such as PTZ. And as much as counter productive to the what I like best part, it might not be a bad idea to offer some physical storage media for those end users who would prefer to not use cloud. This would open the market to the company further to allow for additional revenue for those customers who are a bit more resistant to change into the cloud and prefer the physical storage options instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus is solving the need for storage but a resistance to having on site equipment to store their recordings. This is benefitting us by giving us avenues to address those customers and providing them a well rounded console to access their feeds and storage
Excellent user interface
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to access and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not anything I've found which I dislike yet. It just works for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We upgraded to Rhombus because we didn't have full control over our CCTV with our old system. We're now able to detect movement and doors.
