We love rhombus!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can go back and see things that have happened in the past, and the fact that even if the cameras are offline, they still record!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Rhombus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can go back to any past time and see things that are happening. I especially love the cameras that record in 360 degrees.
Rhombus in education
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud-based and budget-conscious - The two qualities I require when choosing a service or product in my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the app/video feed is slow compared to other cloud camera systems I have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
overall camera footage replacing an old server-based system.
Excellent support response, great video quality and very easy to access and navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to navigate cameras in the cloud is a huge advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the inability to bring our camera products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus is allowing us easier access to our camera systems, instead of being tied to our intranet.
Solid Security
What do you like best about the product?
Getting consistent reviews helps with deterring theft from multiple markets. The install process is fairly simple and easy to teach anybody who is inexperienced with the system
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to the automatic reviews we receive there are definitely missing theft incidents. I've had to go back in and find other occurrences. The sensitivity of the AI for movement is also a bit too sensitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our thefts are down in multiple accounts and our clients are very grateful for our quick and simplistic instances of theft that we are able to provide them so they can appropriate actions
Rhombus
What do you like best about the product?
We find the best use case scenario for Rhombus cameras is when the customer does not want or have the means to deploy an entire server for storage of footage. Utilizing these cameras and cloud storage is a great fit for may of our customers and the alerting works great. We can even integrate Rhombus alerts into slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rhombus isn't widely used by some of our biggest and most sensitive to crime areas yet. APD in Atlanta uses a different system, but Rhombus can be used with other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Rhombus alerts and integrate them with Slack to tell when there is unusual activity. We have caught some interesting images.
The ability to review footage and have the ability to have it in the resolution we need is great!
What do you like best about the product?
See title, we basically got most if not all of our previous issues resolved due to the higher resolution, FPS, and even the scope of recording is fantastic. Even having face recognition and recoding is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the ability to edit the footage live might be awesome if that was possible, but otherwise we are having a fantastic time using the software and has had helped us resolve many issues already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had altercations between individuals resolved very swiftly. We were able to cut and have HD footage of everything that we needed. This helped us resolve our issue quickly.

Rhombus.. Great Product, Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
The engineers at rhombus are there from lead generation through project design to installation. We've never had a phone call unanswered for an unresolved problem (few and far between).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides; the end-user experience is exceptional!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Rhombus cloud platform helps our end users have instant security feedback at an reasonable cost.
Great solution and super easy to manage!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to setup and maintain. Mounting the cameras is also very easy and the options the cameras provide for coverage are top notch! I would highly recommend these cameras to anyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the subscription model but we live in the age of subscriptions so it does also make sense. This is a very minimal dislike on my part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a customer who has experienced a few break ins and theft of their vehicles catalytic converters and just having these cameras up with signs mentioning them has stopped all theft. The ability to also view license plates of moving vehicles has also brought peace of mind to my customer.

The dashboard can be a bit complex and hard to understand for some customers
