Rhombus is state of the art security with many bells and whistles.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to remote access all security features with my phone and/or laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has 3 apps (so far I know of), Rhombus, Rhombus Key, and Keypad. Couldn't we get this all in one app?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, it's been a pain to set up. Mohey and I are working to fine tune and set up Rhombus to what our company needs/wants.
Rhombus Cameras are easy to install and perfect for quick access to security events.
What do you like best about the product?
We love the cloud-based access and features of the software platform. The cameras are easy to install and are up and running instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The annual licensing fee can be expensive, but we believe it will be worth it in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving more of our administration access to the footage quickly and easily.

Very effective and great image quality. Help support is very proficiant with response time as well

I dont have anything that i dislike about Rhombus just wish the request for play back wouldnt take so long to be approved or sent .

Making sure my resident have a safe place to live and assure me of any incident that may happen to be able to investigate properly.

Fast and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus was easy to install. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate. Their team is quick to help with anything they can, night or day.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I haven't come across any issues.

An All in one system that integrates nicely

Straight forward to add and label cameras, very easy and intuitive to use.

Motion detector sometimes is too sensitive and mislabeled movement.

Rhombus is an invaluable tool
What do you like best about the product?
Due to companies being added to the NDAA, we had to find a different security camera provider. After reviewing multiple brands, we decided on Rhombus. The main driver was cost for this decision. Every feature we needed was met and Rhombus was able to undercut the competition on cost. After the move, we were amazed at the ease of implementation and how effortless it was to add on additional cameras as we expanded our coverage. Customer server has been just as supportive 3 years in as they were on day one.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tried to be an early adopter of their access control system. Their sales and engineers seemed to be unprepaired for what they were launching. After a few months of trying to get the system of the ground, we decided to return everything and go with a different manufacturer for access control.

NDAA compliance while provided are simple video surveillance that we require.
