Comprehensive Security with Competitive Pricing
What do you like best about the product?
I found Rhombus to have very attractive hardware, particularly the 360-degree cameras which provide continuous, all-around viewing. The software's AI capabilities are impressive, allowing for license plate and facial recognition. The setup was straightforward with helpful tutorials, enhancing usability. Rhombus is crucial for monitoring security and manufacturing processes. Its alert system is invaluable for tracking employee access. The competitive pricing model makes it attractive and renews my contract consideration. Overall, I’d rate it highly due to its software and service quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing structure somewhat challenging, particularly because Rhombus licenses the software annually on a per-camera basis. This is a contrast to another vendor I am familiar with, which offers a flat fee without renewal charges. The per-camera annual licensing has been a concern for me, as it adds complexity and recurring costs compared to a straightforward, flat-fee model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Rhombus to monitor our facility, enhancing security and quickly addressing accidents. It provides 360-degree views, AI for license plate and facial recognition, and streamlines investigations, which supports our workers' compensation claims efficiently.
Quality product! Easy to use! No issues yet!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Rhombus is such a small footprint in our office, almost unnoticeable unless you're delibrately looking for it. We recently moved offices and the relocation of our 2 cams was effortless. The portal is easy to navigate and the image quality gives the detail we need. No need to look anywhere else for surveillance! Thank you for providing a great product Rhombus team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything that I would change at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus helps us monitor who is coming and going from our office. We have frequent audits that require surveillance and Rhombus checks all the boxes.
Their sales and support teams are great!

Great dashboard! The setup and installation are very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find partner installers in rural areas.

Controlling access to our office in a modern and keyless fashion is great!

What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is a highly effective tool. I also value the ease of the mobile app, which offers convenience and quick accessibility during my busy work schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am happy with Rhmbus. All is working well at this time.

During more busy occasions, it's convenient to quickly open/lock doors with one touch.
Rhombus has been a solid platform for security cameras. We've had an excellent experience!

Rhombus cameras are simple to set up and install. They provide a beautiful picture and simple but effective features for reviewing content.

Extracting large amounts of video content can be a laborious task.

It is providing surveillance for apartment buildings and business offices.
First impressions of the Rhombus Camera Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Rhombus is a very affordable but capable security camera system. The features we love the most is the quick investigation tools. The most important aspect for any camera system is how quickly you can Investigate situations and rhombus console does this with amazing speed. It's advance AI tools enhances the user experience unlike anything I thought was possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I have disliked yet about Rhombus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus keeps an Eye on everything when no one is around and Alerts us of any suspicious activity via text or email.
Mostly easy but not without hiccups.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can turn off access and see who has accessed the doors and when. The view of the access reports is very helpful and has helped to catch issues with tenants living on their boats unauthorized. I also like that I can remotely open doors from home.Thed times Ive had to contact support, they have been very helpful. Our onboarding session was helpful and we have been able to reach out to the specialist with questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app fails frequently when attempting to use it. We get tenants complaints that they have to stand at the door for extended times especially during inclemet weather. I also dont like that we cant get alerts when a door fails to latch or has issues unlocking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus allows us to prevent unauthorized access of the dock and other private areas of the marina. I am able to monitor for high use in the case of tenants living aboard who have not been granted that status. We are also able to force tenants who owe us past due rent to come to the office to resolve the issues by turning off their access.
Wonderful system
What do you like best about the product?
I like how convenient and safe I feel! It's a awesome system.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I forget my phone it's hard to open the door.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure only the teachers are able to get into the school. And only parents after face recognition on the iPad screen.
Great Video Surveillance
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the accessibility to the web links to view videos from my smartphone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of maintenance. We have outdated cameras and video cameras go in and out with little or no backup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently troubleshooting some of the camera issues.
Used for school safety and visibility for conflict resolution
What do you like best about the product?
We love Rhombus! It assists us in seeing all areas of our school grounds for us to ensure the safety of our students and staff daily!

Navigating past video footage can be challenging and not always easy to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rhombus allows us to validate situations brought to our attention by students. We can ensure the safety of our school by noticing what is happening on school grounds at all times.
