Rapid rating povide very much transparent supplier Financial details which help us to fore see risk & leverage for rislk mitigation. rating scale help us to know which parameters of supplier account have to get boosted for stratergic partnering with GEHC. Swift response for any queries & alert mail help to see the pulse of suppliers FHR.
What do you dislike about the product?
platform to be more user interface & interactive for pull data sets for specific customer account supplier details.

Rapid rating FHR help us to review with supplier for stratergic buiness & also help to fore see if any supplier getting bankkarptcy
Rapid Rating is a highly regarded tool for our supplier financial risk monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
RR provides full service to reach out to suppliers and also addresses our private supplier. UI is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides and our partnership and continue sync ups allows for enhancement roadmap discussions for new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RR provides a full service to engage with suppliers and financial gathering, where other platforms do not provide. This allows the process to be managable with a smaller team. Another crucial feature is the assessment of our private supplies, especially over seas, which is limited with other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Rapid Ratings has allowed us to understand the finacnial health of the supply base for many years with deep financial measureability and providing financial acumen to our supply chain employees

Of course the costs of the solution but also the ability to keep the portfolio updated when its connected to various cloud based systems

Rapid Ratings is solving the problem of evaluating finacnial strength

What do you like best about the product?
Gives lots of financial analysis of suppliers. I really like their custom matrix and the amount data it showcases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some suppliers dislike their low ratings due to some factors being overlooked such as new ownership or new strategy causing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid Ratings solves alot of our financial concerns by showing financial trends of suppliers over time.

Rapid Ratings is easy to use and easy to understand. Customer Support is great.

I don't like how frequently I get kicked out of the application and have to sign back in several times a day.

Rapid Ratings allows us to evaluate the stability of our suppliers and safeguard the company's supply chain .

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate and colorful reports. Customer support is the best that I have seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issue submitting financial statements at times through the site. Our POC is able to help us, but it would be nice to just be able to use the site.
