What do you like best about the product?
There are several standout features worth mentioning. The automated lead-to-meeting pipeline efficiently handles inbound leads by qualifying, routing, and scheduling meetings—often with just one click. This process significantly cuts down on manual tasks and eliminates the usual back-and-forth of email exchanges.

The conversion rate from form submission to scheduled meeting is impressively high.

Support and user experience are also strong points. While configuring complex routing rules and integrating with CRMs can require some initial setup time, the interface remains intuitive, and the support team is responsive and helpful.

Additionally, the platform offers a high degree of flexibility and customization. You can set up routing rules based on form fields or source URLs, pair teams or individuals, and assign meetings according to calendar availability, among other options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup can be quite steep, especially when it comes to configuring the routing logic, which adds a layer of complexity. Additionally, the absence of a native mobile app is a notable drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RevenueHero solves the problem of slow and manual lead follow-up by instantly qualifying, routing, and scheduling meetings, which reduces delays and lost opportunities. It eliminates the back-and-forth of scheduling by syncing directly with calendars and conferencing tools, so prospects can book in one step. By integrating with CRMs and enrichment tools, it ensures lead data is complete and automatically logged, saving reps time. The platform also helps match the right rep to the right lead through smart routing rules, improving conversion rates and sales efficiency. What do you like best about the product?
RevenueHero strengths

Google integration: Real-time calendar availability, automatic meeting invites with Google Meet links, respect for working hours/buffer times, and instant syncing across participants. This eliminates scheduling friction and reduces no-shows.

HubSpot integration: Deep sync with contacts and companies, automatic meeting/activity logging, custom property support, and routing logic that ensures leads go to the right reps. Keeps CRM data clean and up-to-date while saving SDRs/AEs admin time.

Overall: Great for boosting conversion rates, reducing manual effort, and improving rep productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Watch-outs

Works best if you’re already in the Google/HubSpot ecosystem; less value outside it.

Routing rules and integrations may require thoughtful setup during onboarding (though support is strong).

As with many scheduling tools, adoption across the team is key to seeing full ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to Use, Customizable routing capabilities and Calendar bookings built into forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations with it's reporting capabilities.

Enable prospects to instantly book meetings from forms, with intelligent routing that assigns them to the right rep based on region and employee segment.

Well constructed platform, excellent customer success

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is well constructed, once you're onboarded and then set up a couple of functions by yourself, you can see clearly the underlying logic of the platform and its building blocks.
Platform UI/UX is good and its integration with Hubspot is robust.
Best thing about working with RevenueHero has been their customer success; our CSM (Sanjit Venkatesan) goes above and beyond what's required, he always seems available (does he ever sleep?) and is a real perfectionist, he refuses to let me leave a call until we've tested, and dotted every i and crossed every t.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of, admittedly as an early stage start-up our lead routing is not the most complicated but I have no doubt we will be able to scale with them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Revenue Hero for out lead routing and meeting concierge (calendar booking)

What do you like best about the product?
The support team is really effective at problem solving. They respond very quickly

I would rather prefer a simpler setup for routing. You have routers, campaign routers, distribution rules, conditions, teams, pods. I works fine but sometimes I maybe lost

RH is solving our lead routing problem. leads now are routing for the teams we need, also we were able to add on features such as relay links. Leads can now schedule directly with the users we want

Completely customizable, flexible, and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I market cybersecurity professionals that are very sensitive apparent phishing or spamming attempts. I ended up choosing RevenueHero because you can connect to a custom domain that matches your primary company domain, customize the follow up to be from your company email, AND it was more straightforward in packaging and reasonably priced for a small startup.

Also, you get your own dedicated Slack support channel and I've never gone longer than 30 minutes without a response. Response time most of the time is under 5 minutes.

The tool integrates seamlessly with SFDC, Google Calendar, Slack, HubSpot, and Zoom. RevenueHero is triggered on a daily basis and we have replaced Calendly for booking links outside of the direct GTM team and saved a little money there. Overall from implementation we are seeing an autobooking rate on demo and trial form fills of 80%+ so it has also improved our meeting stickiness and resolved some BDR process and painpoints.

Highly recommend working with RevenueHero over competitive solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
None - the only gripe I have is with Clearbit for enrichment (which is awesome that RevenueHero offers that option to purchase through them) doesn't 100% match our industries but that isn't RevenueHero's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On demo and trial form fills we were having to chase prospects to grab time with them, go back and forth to communicate availability, and were only booking maybe 60-70% of form fills into disco meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Support RevenueHero provides is fantastic. From implementation to enablement and ongoing, we have had amazing support provided with very quick responses. Our primary contact, Bhargav, is always so willing to jump onto a meeting and problem solve with us when we're either not understanding a feature or coming across some use case problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Revenue Hero does have a few limitations when it comes to the use case of our business. One of our biggest challenges was users not being able to adjust meetings on other's calendars. That requires admin level permissions. Although, we have been told this is a feature currently being worked on!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revenue Hero provides great insight into the outcome of a meeting. It's ability to integrate directly into HubSpot was a primary selling point for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding and support from Revenue Hero is outstanding. The walked us through every step and every detail of setting our account up the way we wanted. The team was incredibly responsive and continues to offer support in the most timely manner. I know I'll be able to hop on a call within 24 hours for even the smallest thing. I'm so glad we went with Revenue Hero!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the interface isn't my favorite or most user friendly. It takes a bit of using to figure your way around and I wish they had a calendar view of all my meetings. That said, what they lack in UX, the more than make up for in support.
