Even as platform grows more complex, it maintains its signature video stability and "it just works" performance across different devices and networks. What do you dislike about the product?
As Zoom has expanded into a full "workplace" hub, interface has become cluttered with icons and pop-ups for features many users don't want, making once-simple app feel heavy and overwhelming. Strict 4-minute limit on free group meetings remains a makor frustration. Consolidating chat, email, phone into one app can to constant barrage of alerts.

Unifying chat, phone, meetings and docs into one interface, it solves problem of constant context switching, allowing you to stay focused in a single workspace. solves disconnect between remote and in-office staff with tools like persistent whiteboard and workspace reservation, ensuring everyone has an equal seat at the table. With tools like zoom clips and AI-generated catch-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace primarily for video meetings with clients, sharing presentations, and connecting with people for official purposes. What I like most is the ease of use and how it serves as a one-stop solution for corporate meetings. It's great for scheduling calls, sharing meeting links with clients, recording meetings, and quickly sending off meetings. These features reduce the need to switch between different apps and windows, which I find very convenient. The initial setup was quick too, making it an efficient tool right from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes due to network issues, the screen sharing doesn't work well as the other party is unable to see the shared screen properly. Also, navigation is not always intuitive for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to share files, my screen, and chat during meetings without disturbing others. It's a one-stop solution for corporate meetings, easy to schedule calls, record, and send quick meetings, reducing the need for other apps.

i like the most in the zoom workplace is AI-generated meeting summaries, continuous team chat, and enhanced productivity tools like Zoom Clips for video messaging and Zoom Docs for collaborative projects.

i did not dislike many things in the zoom workplace but technical glitches, overwhelming notifications, and UI changes are not good for me personally

It feels reliable for joining calls and coordinating with teams, especially in remote or hybrid work setups. It helps reduce the need to switch between different tools during the day, keeping everything in one workflow, which saves time and keeps communication clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the interface can feel a bit busy, especially when many features and notifications are active at once. I would also like to see improvement in performance consistency and simpler navigation so everyday tasks can be faster and more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace simplifies my day by consolidating meetings, chat, and collaboration, reducing tool switching. It's especially useful for remote teamwork, enabling quick coordination and keeping communication clear and organized. Everything stays in one workflow, saving time and maintaining context.

Great for Large Calls, But Finding Settings Takes Too Long

handles large calls pretty nicely. Google meets falls on its ass when there are too many people

too many settings. the happy path is great. but if you need to change a setting, it takes ages to find the right thing

allows us to work remotely well. without it, we would not be able to manage large scale meetings

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of use with Zoom Workplace, making it easy to set up and get started quickly. The AI notes are a fantastic feature, enhancing my note-taking process. I find the call recording capability particularly helpful for monitoring calls and using the recordings for training purposes. The ability to get on a call with anyone across any geography and the screen sharing option for presentations are really valuable to me. Anyone can get up and running in 10-15 minutes, which is super convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Everything works well. One thing would be allowing users to parallelly use the same ID instead of logging out the other user.

Zoom Workplace lets me connect with anyone globally, share presentations with screen sharing, and record sessions. It's easy to set up, and the call recordings help monitor and train reps.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace has helped us connect not only with our clients, but also with our other office across the country. It seamlessly integrates with our tech stack, books rooms and helps with summarising the meetings into easy to digest actions using its AI tools.
It is very user friendly as it simply becomes part of booking a meeting through Outlook.
After changing a few settings, it manages to play video on calls without any issues which shows how well it performs.
We are fully integrated with Zoom and have rolled out licenses for all our users and created dedicated Zoom rooms in our offices. The pricing is on par with other offerings, but the convenience is priceless.
Throughout the early rollout, we could always reach out to our account manager that was very helpful and if he couldn't help, a support request was raised and solved fairly quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom rooms have the capability of joining teams meetings as well. While this is a great feature, we had to use another 3rd party service to reroute audio to ensure our clients could hear us perfectly. Of course, this is not Zoom's responsibility, but the only thing that is negative at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connection between our offices was always via email or phone call, having a face on a screen certainly helped bringing the offices closer together.

One thing I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes lag or disconnect when the internet connection is unstable, which interrupts the flow of meetings. Additionally, managing multiple notifications and updates can feel overwhelming at times, especially during back-to-back meetings.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of distance and makes it easier to communicate and collaborate without needing to be physically present. It benefits me by allowing me to attend meetings, classes, and discussions from anywhere, saving travel time and making coordination with others more convenient and efficient.
