Zoom Workplace: Effortless Global Networking

What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace so easy and reliable to use. It offers so many different options to enhance a meeting, record a meeting, and make it almost as good as having a face-to-face call. I appreciate being able to record meetings and have transcriptions to refer back to, which saves me from scribbling notes and makes things quicker and easier. The setup was very quick and easy, and I love how it integrates with my CRM, helping me to book calls efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace enables my business to go global by allowing me to speak to anyone online anytime from anywhere.

Efficient Meetings with Seamless Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoom Workplace for its note-taking feature and how it connects with its calendar. It gives me my to-do list after meetings and shows me what to expect. It helps me stay organized by telling me what I need, what was expected, what I need to do going forward, and when I should connect with someone. Additionally, I use it with all my platforms because it easily connects to every platform. The initial setup was very easy and simple, as it did most of the work for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. I have to use a less cheaper version, so thirty minutes is not enough for me. Which ends up cutting me off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps me with meeting scheduling and efficiency. I love its notetaking and calendar integration, which keeps me organized by providing to-do lists and reminders on what to expect after meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Zoom Workplace doesn't have any glitches or problems and that it's user-friendly. I don't need any technical expertise to use it, which is a big plus. The initial setup was very easy, and there was nothing concerning for any of the people involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say in mobile phone, it's essential to download the app, but I didn't know this and lost time, which made me late for a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for job meetings and learning experiences, like seminars and courses.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and the ability to start a group project or meeting, quickly.

I would like more time allotted for hosting meetings without a subscription.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best is how simple and reliable it is. Joining meetings is quick, video/audio quality is good, and screen sharing works smoothly for team discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes meetings take a little time to connect and the app can feel a bit heavy on the system. Also managing many notifications and updates can be slightly annoying at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes remote meetings and team collaboration much easier. I can quickly connect with teammates, share screen, and discuss work without needing to be in the same place, which saves a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Zoom Workplace is easy to use and helps us connect multiple team members. It's a single platform that allows us to communicate through video or audio effectively. I find the desktop sharing feature integrated into the application very helpful. The audio and video quality is good, which encouraged us to adopt it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Zoom Workplace could be improved by making it more like a social media platform such as WhatsApp. It would be great if we could chat, share status, and have more social interaction features. Also, initially it doesn't have the good audio and video quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace for meetings. It's a powerful collaboration platform combining video, chat, and file sharing. It's easy to use and helps connect multiple team members on a single platform with good audio and video quality. Desktop sharing is also integrated, which is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how simple it feels. It’s not clunky like other work tools; everything just works, and it’s easy to find what I need without a headache. It just makes the workday feel a bit smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s starting to feel a bit cluttered with too many features and icons I don't always use. Notifications can also get pretty distracting during a meeting; it’s hard to stay focused when pings from different channels keep popping up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It fixes the issue of losing track of what was decided in meetings. With the automated summaries, I don't have to rely on my memory or messy notes anymore. It benefits me by giving me a clear action plan right after a call, so I can just get to work.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use once you set it up on your laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little confusing in the beginning and if you have team members who do not use a computer very much it takes much longer to be them up to speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distance is no longer a problem, seeing someone versus talking to them over the phone is so much better in reading their emotions and reactions.
