Zoom Workplace solves the problem of remote communication by providing high-quality video and audio calls, efficient meeting tools, and seamless integration with other collaboration platforms. This benefits me by enhancing teamwork, improving meeting productivity, and allowing flexible, secure communication from any device.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
That allows many people to connect without the meetings feeling overcrowded.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, the time in the app was limited,and we had to start another meeting to finish discussing the remaining details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, during the pandemic is when I used it the most. I was able to attend classes through it, and it was much more comfortable to pay attention from the comfort of my home. I could record the meetings to access them later and review what I learned.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about zoom is it's been used World wide easier to set-up meetings. One can easily use it from browser and by downloading application also.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such nothing to dislike some where UI is not that much good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solves many days to day problems as we can connect with client virtually also we can have features like screen share and all which makes our life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, one of Zoom's best features is its virtual backgrounds, because I much prefer a 'generic' backdrop, not just for myself, but when speaking with colleagues; it's far less noisy and distracting. Backgrounds exist in all versions of Zoom and we're here to focus on 'Workplace', so I must say that the organizational benefits brought by Zoom Workspace Reservation is super convenient and probably the best feature of Workplace for me. I find that reception staff love the 'Visitor Management' tool.
Zoom makes integration across the team easy, and we've come to use it fairly often. I've never had much need to contact support, but I understand from my superiors that they generally rspond quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Call me old fashioned, but I've never been a big fan of the e-meeting revolution we all experienced in early 2020, so I'm kind of hard to convince in terms of getting away from face-to-face or a simple phone call. I dislike the 'Digital Signage' feature of Zoom Workplace as I feel that there are simpler and easier ways to handle that, if it even needs handling at all, which I'm sure is rare!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whilst I personally prefer the good old fashioned call, we are where we are and therefore, I chose to embrace this modern technology! Of course, it is sometimes better to be able to see one another without having to travel for an in-person business meeting, but that in itself presents its own challenges, which Zoom Workplace goes 99.99% of the way to solving with its suite of tools. For example, consider the presentation tools available and Zoom Workplace really makes it easy to collaborate before, during and after a Zoom meeting, allowing follow-ups with simplicity.

While I was feeling difficulty in online classes. After knowing zoom app I am very happy because I feel not difficulty now to take lecture.

You can meet with college subordinates to deliver your thoughts and solve your business problems remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
It's integration with other productivity tools like- outlook and Calendar. Zoom Whiteboards and Zoom Learner to have large groups on one call. Good and secured recording and sharing. I use it Daily for my calls as it is integrated with my system uisng it is a piece of cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Support and may be drops on call often because of updates or anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording and sharing. Having large people on a call for training purposes at a time. daily checkin with the teams.
The only video conference platform I use
What do you like best about the product?
It is the easiest to install, collaborate and easy to use. The functionality is so easy and alot of feactures to get the objective completed
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I could say is at times it is slow to connect, but that might be a interner of OS issue. But everytime it just takes longer than other platforms I used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting my objectives completed, since I have the participants online and avaiable to answer my questions instead of endless emails.
