Zoom is new meeting Room
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling the call and Integration with Outlook is easy. Zoom has all the functionality during call like screen sharing, highlighting something or recording the calls. Recording the calls on Cloud is fantastic feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Chat interface is not available or I haven't explored it yet. I wish zoom Chat is available so it will be more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily Calls, Screen Sharing, Demo, Calls Recording on cloud

Great platform for business and education
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to use, sufficiently good amount of features and non laggy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limit on recording is insufficient.

Ever since we implemented Zoom productivity and sales improved since teams save time by undertaking internal and external communications online.

Sometimes I use to face issues joining meetings via invitee's link which is rather broken or expired.

It has completely eradicated traditional conferences which are expensive and time consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface of zoom is very nice and it is easy to use also it has high defination video quality, we can also share screen and lots of features,Zoom allows users to customize their virtual backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom doest not have propery security which makes random strangers to attend meeting,While Zoom offers a free plan with basic features, some users find the limitations on meeting duration.

What do you dislike about the product?
occasional connectivity issues have been a frustration. There are times when the video quality drops or the audio gets glitchy, disrupting the flow of meetings. Another major issue i've faced is security breaching by zoom boomers otherwise zoom is my preferble choice

Since i am running an online agency. Zoom has made my life easier than it even was because i can interact and talk with my client from abroad very easily and that has helped me to scale my business. Zoom is solvong a very major problem of connecting me with my clients without spending a single penny.

I love Zoom because it is the only platform I think that can hold a capacity of more than 100 participants at a go without hitches.

Not at all. Zoom function is the best. With Zoom I am guaranteed of a smooth online meeting with zero hitches.

You can add a large number of participants, ease of use and features which are usual for every type of audience. Ease of plug and play and you can share and also use Zoom to help and support team members to collaborate effectively even virtually. Zoom can be effective in Customer support as well as saving cost of direct lines.

I guess the integration with systems is limited and also few price points.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Zoom is the ability to share large files that would be too much for Microsoft Outlook to send. It makes it easier and seamless to share information to colleagues.
It also features the ability for others to take control of your screen which is useful for troubleshooting software, project management or computer issues.
