Unified communication platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It has multiple communication features such as chating,meetings, phone and whiteboards within one interface enabling me to give directions to the team members.
It enables most of the meetings be held at the most remote corners of the planet as long as we have an Internet connection hence I get intact with all the team members of the company.
It can arrange a collective session with more than five people hence through this it allows me in counselling of team members and for group therapy session .

What do you dislike about the product?
It serves me alot hence I don't have any dislike about it at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled me reach those of my team members who are far and also am able to have meeting with my team members any time I want.

When working with children/students, I wish there was a quicker way to restore control of the mouse and screen.

"Our Meeting And Collaborating Platform For 3 years"
What do you like best about the product?
Having been using Zoom for three years, we have seen none to give comparison. It has everything in good quality. The team behind Zoom has really done a good job. I appreciate.
Zoom come with many features. Has good quality videos, the best thing I like of it. Removing the background noise has made the sound to be clear.
Customer support is pretty good, everytime we need help they're ready to help.

We needed help from customer support only during implantation. We haven't faced any trouble.

Their is effective communication in our organization. Collaboration is now at another level, this has increased work flow.
Zoom is a Bamboo-stick in Video Conferencing Programs
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom in my organization is used across all business units. It makes it easy to conduct corporate meetings by repacing traditional conferences with online meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I regularly use Zoom and it barely fail to accomplish my needs.

It unify teams in one place via company communication channels.
A great IP App
What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward to use, and as a daily tool you can get much of your work done, it has several features that make it stand out from the competition, and customer support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The security of the platform was put in doubt, the invitation system is a bit clunky sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other apps are not as well integrated as Zoom Calling, and, it saves us time and resources using this platform above many others we tried before.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the user-friendly interface, the versatility and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing. Wish it wasn't so expensive. But I like that I can pause my subscription and return to it later.

It is hellping me connect with people, businesses and students.
Zoom is a great platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly/simple UI, easy to navigate, easy to share screens, cool features like whiteboard, breakout rooms, and KPI's on Zoom Room usage and other measures, easy to manage users and phone lines, implentation was very smooth, a newer feature I like is the ability to join meetings via other platforms through the Zoom Room interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not great when having issue with Zoom Rooms. I've had to use outside support when conferencing software has breakdowns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and collaboration between remote employees and those in the office. Phone lines help us streamline customer support.

Zoom integrates well with our CRM systems. It also connects us around the globe with our customers

Nothing. It just feels like another App to open. it feels that Teams could do stuff that Zoom could not so sooner or later, Zoom may be obsolete if the other App could finally do what it cannot do for us at the moment

Phone quality is far better than previous vendors. Zoom meetings is most user freindly of all systems. Also transitioning well to AI technology.

Support and sales staff don't coordinate or work welll together.
