Great Features, But Hidden Fees and Poor Support
What do you like best about the product?
The website is easy to navigate. There are various systems available for use in the workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hidden charges. Hard time cancelling. Long hold times. No one returns calls. The system is hard to use—little or no instructions.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace makes collaboration incredibly smooth and reliable. The video and audio quality are consistently great, even with large meetings or remote participants. I like how everything—chat, calls, meetings, and whiteboards—is well integrated in one place, which makes communication effortless. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and doesn’t require any extra setup or training. It’s a tool that just works when you need it most.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike, but sometimes the app can use up more system resources, especially during long video calls. Also, integrating with certain third-party tools could be smoother. These are minor issues compared to the overall reliability and experience Zoom provides.

Zoom Workplace helps bridge the communication gap between remote and in-office teams. It makes meetings, brainstorming sessions, and daily check-ins more interactive and productive. Sometimes the image enhancement is a bit too much, but otherwise there's nothing to complain about.

I like the AI-notes and communication features outside of a live video call.

Too many features I don't use. An option to checkmark select their visibility would be great.
