Zoom - Great Product for Video Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use . Can be used for anyone whether or not they normally use Zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of - it is easy to use

It is great for video meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the group meeting experience and on a meeting it is possible to switch windows which is great because call does not disconnect while doing so.
What do you dislike about the product?
the frontend of the application is not very attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
video calling while talking has solved a lot of problems for presenting and discussing my work projects to the office while working frim a remotely.
Zoom is an excellent platform
What do you like best about the product?
I have used numerous meeting platforms and found that Zoom is the most reliable platform. I've never been disconnected or had any type of a bad experience with Zoom as I have with others in the past. It's my go to place not only for meetings with work but for meetings with family and friends and group discussions within my family and friends. I would recommend zoom to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I can truthfully say with Zoom is that I wish it was a little bit more user friendly for family and friends to use. I've never run into an issue where professionals aren't able to log in it's just been with having family and friends understand how the process works so I wish there were a little bit more detailed in that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom it's helping me run meetings both business and personal without being disconnected and having to go through the whole frustrating process of starting over or logging back in and getting back to the point of the meeting, that can be extremely frustrating and zoom has helped resolve this issue for me. Additionally it's helping us with classroom meetings, instant messaging, business scheduling the video conferencing aspect of it has proven to be first class in answering all of your business and personal meetings.

Zoom has made telecommunication so easy, intuitive, and fun!

Ability to hold meetings that could have been an email :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer having to travel or dialing-in to conference calls to hold meetings. Allows meetings to be a touch more personal even if participants are on the other side of the country/world

In my IT&S industry Zoom is used entirely: it makes it super easy to conduct corporate conferences via online meetings.

Ever since I started using Zoom, I have never experienced any flaw.

Making voice over internet protocol calls cut short operations short since we barely purchase airtime.

What do you like best about the product?
I call this platform 'simple' because it's is very simple to use. It has a very good user friendly interface. Zoom has high quality videos and clear audio that gives us a good meeting experience.

It is easy to coordinate a virtual meeting online with as much people as possible through webinars, conferences, interviews which enables us give remote work an edge and recognition.
It can easily be accessed even through mobile which is perfect for me a person who is always on the go since my position entails various activities carried out in different places .
The software is clean, userfriendly and has a wonderful suite of integrations that makes meetings seemless and better than ever before as it entails screen sharing, webinars,meeting recordings enabling us share ideas with those from different places.

It helps me alot most of the time hence I don't have any dislike about it.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great way to connect when you can't do an in person meeting. Its very easy to share information while on zoom during a meeting. We also use this a phone line it works very well whereever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates seem to come at the worst times for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom made it availble to work when working from home. Also makes it very easy to share data, We've even played games with friends and had some parties with friends. Zoom is also a phone line we use for work this way I never miss a call.

The mic is often off and my mum doesn't know to activate it when she first connects
