One of the best Video Conferencing Apps
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use and Functionality is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets laggy due to high no. of participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The feature of free video conferencing plus ability to record the conversation is one of the best features.

It takes 2 to 3 steps to organize the call. Could be only 2 steps for saving time

Collaborating with my fellow learners at once with access to whiteboard is a time saver

What do you like best about the product?
I like how widely Zoom is used and adopted. It makes it easy to schedule meetings outside of my organization. It's reliable and I like the breakouts function.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike, except when it's time to join a meeting and there's an update that needs to be run and it takes a couple of minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is fully remote so it's nice to be able to collaborate with coworkers via Zoom and share our screen while doing so. We also hold training for members and the fact we can send them to breakouts is very valuable to us.

In my current Online Media industry, Zoom is used across all departments.
It has eradicated human movement by allowing us to collaborate in one space via unlimited Comms Channels.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom regularly update their iOS system which automatically fix the bugs - I am experiencing non at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traditional conferences which were tedious, time consuming and costly has been replaced by online meetings.

I like how Zoom is a one stop shop for all our needs from team chats ,team meetings,file sharing and video conferencing.
Also it's screen sharing features is superb!

Expensive. I wish it was a more reasonable price for small businesses.

Great Communications Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of communication. Usually great video quality assuming network is strong enough. Streamline use and easy settings menus. Very easy to onboard. Numerous integrations with other platforms. We use it for our day to day communication. Customer Support is great. Very easy to onboard with new users, easy implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not used a platform better than Zoom so have nothing better to compare it to. It is the leading communications platform. We use the app version which has text and call capabilities. It's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom streamlines our communication solving any issues that were present with our old email/phone call method. With their instant chat in the app communciation is extremely easy. Furthermore you can pop right into a screenshare meeting right from chat into video. It makes communication so much faster which benefits the speed at which we can be productive.

I have no displeasure with zoom..it is a great platform!
