Great Cross-Platform App, But Customer Support Disappoints
What do you like best about the product?
They provide an app for every different OS, including Mac, Windows, iOS, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their support is beyond terrible. They do not care et all if the system is working or not. If it is, they never apologize. They never refund us when we had a massive issue with their system. Their reps are soulless. The CEO doesn't care as well.

Their video software is robust and it's nice that phone is included with the solution, but the support is awful.
“A Complete and Reliable Collaboration Platform for Modern Workplaces
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace offers an excellent all-in-one collaboration experience. The most helpful part is how seamlessly it integrates video meetings, chat, calendar, whiteboard, and project management tools in one platform. The interface is clean, intuitive, and user-friendly, making it easy to organize and join meetings without any technical difficulties. I also appreciate the high-quality audio and video performance, even with low internet bandwidth. The virtual backgrounds, breakout rooms, and AI companion features make remote collaboration engaging and productive. It’s a reliable solution for both small meetings and large-scale webinars, providing great flexibility for hybrid work environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom Workplace is highly effective, it can sometimes consume significant system resources, especially during long video meetings or when multiple tools like whiteboard and screen sharing are active simultaneously. The licensing plans can be slightly expensive for smaller teams, and certain advanced features are locked behind higher-tier subscriptions. Additionally, the chat and file-sharing experience could be more tightly integrated to match the smoothness of dedicated communication platforms. Occasional updates also require restarting the application, which can interrupt workflow during a busy day.

Smooth Collaboration and Top-Notch Features, But Resource-Heavy at Times
What do you like best about the product?
oom Workplace offers a very smooth and reliable experience for meetings and collaboration. The interface is clean and easy to use, and scheduling or joining meetings takes only seconds. I also appreciate the high-quality audio and video, even with lower internet speeds. The screen sharing, breakout rooms, and recording features make teamwork simple and productive. It’s a complete tool for both remote and hybrid work environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app consumes noticeable system resources, especially when running multiple meetings or sharing screens in HD. Also, integrating some external apps or calendar tools can take extra steps. The pricing for premium plans might be a bit high for small teams. However, overall performance remains excellent compared to most competitors.

Zoom Workplace helps us connect teams across different locations with clear audio and video quality, making meetings more productive and professional. It solves communication gaps and saves time by allowing quick collaboration without the need for physical presence. Reliable, Feature-Rich, and Essential—Minor Fatigue and Usability Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Zoom since college and have continued to use it extensively in my professional roles across multiple jobs. One of the biggest strengths of Zoom is its reliability and ease of use—joining or hosting meetings is quick and intuitive, whether it’s from a desktop, mobile, or even tablet. I particularly appreciate the HD video and audio quality, which makes long meetings and presentations much smoother, even when team members are in different locations or time zones.
The screen sharing and collaboration features are also excellent. I frequently use screen share for project updates, walkthroughs, and brainstorming sessions. The ability to annotate on shared screens and the whiteboarding feature makes remote collaboration almost as effective as in-person meetings.
I also value the breakout rooms for small group discussions during workshops or team meetings, which help organize participants efficiently without interrupting the main session. The recording and transcript options are incredibly useful for documentation, follow-ups, and sharing with team members who couldn’t attend live.
Finally, I’ve found Zoom to integrate well with other tools we use at work, like Google Calendar and Slack, which streamlines scheduling and communication. Overall, Zoom has been a core tool for staying connected, productive, and collaborative throughout my academic and professional journey.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom is highly reliable and feature-rich, there are a few areas that can be frustrating. First, meeting fatigue can be real—long back-to-back sessions can be draining, and sometimes it’s hard to stay fully engaged in virtual meetings.
Occasionally, I’ve noticed connectivity or audio issues, especially for participants with weaker internet connections, which can disrupt the flow of meetings. Another minor drawback is that the interface can feel cluttered with too many settings and features, which can be overwhelming for new users or occasional participants.
Lastly, security concerns occasionally arise, especially with public links or external participants. While Zoom has improved significantly with updates like waiting rooms and passcodes, I’ve had to be extra cautious for sensitive or confidential meetings.
Overall, these are relatively minor issues compared to the platform’s overall utility, but they do affect the user experience occasionally.
