Great Experience with Zoom Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I am using zoom workplace for more than 5 years daily and it has been a wonderful experience. It has very easy to use meetings platform which has chat, phone and whiteboard features. Recent addition of AI features really steps up the game.
What do you dislike about the product?
It a little bit costly for small business and customer support can take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyday meetings schedule and recording is nightmare for me. Zoom helped me a lot. Its AI companion is the best. I use it for summarize meetings and draf follow ups.

This is a very useful and user-friendly product, and the voice clarity is quite good.

I did not experience any problems with Zoom during my calls.

Central to Remote Communication, High Quality and Affordable
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Zoom Workplace has been great for remote communication in our workplace, handling everything from town halls to team meetings with minimal drops in audio and video quality. It's incredibly flexible, making it easy to adapt to our needs. The intuitive setup process stood out, allowing me to get everything up and running without any deep searching into the software. I find it solves the critical issue of maintaining communication in a fully remote work environment, helping us collaborate effectively and feel part of a community. Additionally, the price point is reasonable, and the quality of customer support is reassuring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any major dislikes about Zoom Workplace. Perhaps the design or the color scheme could be made more energetic and happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to solve remote communication challenges, enabling my fully remote company to interact effectively. It also fosters collaboration by allowing us to see expressions, improving team cohesion and agenda progress.
Great Quality and Ease of Use, but Different Personal vs. Organization Features

I enjoy using Zoom because it is straightforward and easy to use. The video and audio quality are noticeably better compared to other services, and I can connect with more people since Zoom is so widely used.

The main issue I have with Zoom is the distinction between personal and organizational features, particularly when it comes to administrator settings. This difference can be frustrating at times.

Zoom is solving how to make meetings accessible to employees of my organization easier if it’s a whole group. It is also helping to consult with multiple people at once to solve a problem or collaborate.
Easy to Use, Could be More Accessible for Everyone

Has many options for different meeting types, such as company meetings or more interactive small groups. It is really easy to adapt for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really believe it should be more accessible for everyone. This version nearly requires everyone to buy premium one since it has more time restrictions for free meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it increases the efficiency of meetings, workshops or trainings since it can be very adaptive to the context. It is easy to take notes during a meeting, share them with the others, organize meeting settings, and react to people with the features.
Helpful Meeting Recordings, but Zoom Reliability Issues

There is a section where previous recordings of the meetings are stored and that is helpful.

Sometimes Zoom just plain does not work.

I find Zoom Workplace less user-friendly and comfortable compared to Google Meet. The experience sometimes lacks intuitiveness, particularly when issues with connection arise, making it less seamless. I also haven't identified any standout features that make it particularly useful. I believe the user experience could be significantly improved to make it more appealing.

Zoom Workplace helps me align with my customers' preferences for meetings, even though I don't initiate them.
“Easy, Reliable, and Perfect for Team Meetings”
What do you like best about the product?
It’s super reliable and easy to use for meetings and team calls. I like how clear the video and audio are, and the chat and screen-sharing features make collaboration smooth. It’s great for both quick check-ins and big group meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app uses a lot of internet or lags if the connection isn’t strong. I also wish the breakout room and recording features were a little easier to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes it easy to connect with my team and clients from anywhere. It saves a lot of time and travel since everything can be done over video calls. It also helps with team collaboration through screen sharing, chat, and file sharing, which keeps everyone on the same page and makes work much smoother.
