Zoom is easy to use and suitable for remote teams.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the eas of use and implementation. I also like the different features they offer such as webinars, break out rooms, whiteboard and phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Salesforce could be a more seamless process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to meet and share virtually since our team is remote. Zoom phone also allows us to have another mean of communcation with stakeholders without sharing our personal phone number.

The user friendly feature and also the recording option is well developed.

There is nothing much I like about this, it is better.

It has helped in conducting the Board Meetings easily without requiring to conduct a Physical Board Meetings during and after Covid.

We can connect with anyone globally which saves our time and money.

Sometimes we face network connection issue and delay in the voice and video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the time of Covid-19, I easily connect on Zoom to attend my Virtual Classes.
So it does not affect my regular classes as our mentor was providing virtual classes.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an essential tool that helps me connect with people worldwide and be more creative and productive. Zoom is not a fad of the pandemic. It is here to stay after hareshapping how we connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about Zoom. It is a tool. I still prefer to perform stories and poems in person because I feed off the energy of a live audience. I cannot get that synergistic vibe from the audience on Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get things done faster by collaborating on Zoom rather than waiting for someone to show up in person.
Zoom is the Best Conferencing Tool For External Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Ever since I started using Zoom 5 or so years ago, I've been impressed with how easy it is to use as a conferencing tool.
It's simple to schedule and attend meetings, plus they're constantly adding features like captioning and AI.
Also, Zoom Phone integrates well, and another product they acquired, Workvivo is an amazing employee experience platform. That said, although we looked at it, we are probably going with something built on top of SharePoint instead of something proprietary.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom, Zoom Phone, and all Zoom products are expensive. Nonetheless, when we're scheduling meetings with clients, and webinars, we always choose Zoom first, because it's just easier for everyone to use and less problematic.
I try to encourage users to use Microsoft Teams for internal meetings, because it's included with our Microsoft 365 licenses and meetings don;t cot extra. Plus, Teams has integration and ease of use when all attendees are on Microsoft 365.

Zoom works well for video conferencing and VoIP.

Clean audio, great background noise rejection, ability to curate a "panel" look by adding multiple spotlighted speakers, ability to prevent participants from unmuting, AI companion summaries are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. I need more than 100 participants on my calls, so this increases the overall cost to almost $70 per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large meetings, recorded to the cloud. Easy way to record instructional videos for my virtual assistants. Registration option so I can capture attendees' contact information. Clean audio and video.
Zoom Provides a Great Platform for Online Meetings and More!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is always reliable and it seldom experience any glitches! The sales team was fantastic with the inital sale and with a recent upgrade purchase!

I have no dislikes with regard to the product. I am a relatively new user and and I am still learning how to use all of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous video conferencing solution was unreliable and difficult to use. Zoom is very reliable and very easy to use.
Zoom is the a Global Powerhouse and for a a reason
What do you like best about the product?
So, there was this manager of ours from Indonesia who wanted to organize a team-building event for her global team. She thought it would be fun to have a virtual "happy hour". But, she forgot to take into account the different time zones. So, while the team in Indonesia was partying, their Texan colleagues were just starting their day with coffee and orange juice. It was funny to see how the event, which was intended to create unity, ended up showing the difficulties of coordinating across different time zones.
Zoom is so amazing because it brings people together from all over the world, and sometimes in unexpected and hilarious ways. Despite the occasional time zone mix-up, Zoom has become a crucial tool for keeping connections alive. It's just so versatile and has a truly global reach.

Zoom's AI has the potential to be even better than it already is. By fine-tuning its performance and expanding its range of integrations, we can unlock new levels of collaboration and productivity. Seamless integration with Google services for the whiteboard feature would be a game-changer, allowing us to work together more effectively and achieve great things.

Zoom is great for working together with people in different time zones, making updates quickly, and staying connected in a hybrid work environment.

It is a very complete platform that allows you to feel like you are face-to-face with colleagues, clients, or students. I use Zoom every single day and I love it and my students too.

Nothing. I think that is great platform.
