What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Workplace to be an amazing tool for team collaboration. I really appreciate its intuitive interface, which makes it easy to schedule and join meetings. The integration with other tools, such as calendars and project management applications, is something I find incredibly useful. Calendar integrations let me schedule meetings without leaving the app, saving time and preventing confusion. The project management application integrations enhance my workflow by allowing team members to access project information from a single location. I also value how it facilitates quick and effective meetings, and its ability to eliminate communication barriers. The transition to Zoom Workplace from another platform was positive, improving collaboration and making organizing meetings much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace is quite effective, but there are some areas that could be improved. Sometimes, the sheer number of features can be overwhelming for new users, which might hinder initial adoption. One improvement that could help would be to implement an interactive tutorial or quick start guide that walks new users through the most essential features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace to eliminate communication barriers, improve coordination, and maintain remote connections. It enhances workflow by centralizing project information and simplifies meeting scheduling with calendar integrations.

I like how reliable and easy Zoom Workplace is to use. Meetings load quickly, and the audio stays clear even on weaker connections. Screen sharing works smoothly for walkthroughs or troubleshooting, and the interface is clean and consistent across devices, making it simple to join or host sessions without hassle. The initial setup was very easy with a quick install, and the software was ready to use immediately. I also appreciate how Zoom Workplace fits easily into my workflow, integrating well with tools like Google Workspace and file-sharing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features in Zoom Workplace could be more intuitive. Updates occasionally rearrange menus, which means I have to relearn where certain tools are. Breakout room controls could be simplified so they're easier to manage quickly during live sessions. It would also help if commonly used tools—like screen sharing options and audio settings—were easier to access without digging through multiple menus.

Zoom Workplace solves remote work challenges by keeping me connected and productive. It organizes communication, allows easy scheduling, and supports multi-device use, ensuring reliable meetings, client interactions, and collaborative work.
Reliable and consistent meetings experience
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with google calendar are really nice and the audio quality is really good. The ai meeting summaires and persistent meeting notes are also really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ui feels cluttered at times and can be simplified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our team works in a hybrid setup, having great integrations with meeting rooms in our office helps us connect seamlessly whether we are attending from the office or from our laptop.
Stable video calls and AI that summarizes meetings: simple, fast, and saves time
What do you like best about the product?
What I highlight the most is the stability of the video calls and how easy it is to join a meeting with just one click. I really like the screen sharing feature and the new AI tools that summarize what was discussed in the meeting, which saves me a lot of time taking notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the free version feels limited by the 40-minute limit, which forces long meetings to restart. I would also like the resource consumption on the computer to be a bit lower when using virtual backgrounds or advanced filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace has allowed me to eliminate the barriers of distance both in my training and in my work meetings. It solves the problem of lack of presence by offering a stable video connection and real-time collaboration tools, such as screen sharing and the use of virtual whiteboards. The greatest benefit is the time saved on commuting and the ease of recording sessions, which allows me to review important information later and improve my daily productivity.
Easy Setup and Handy Background Blur for Home Classes
What do you like best about the product?
I believe it's how easy to set up. And not only that but for classes, for example, if im taking a class from home (which I do very frequently), I can just use the feature of putting a background or just making it blurry so they don't see what's going on in my house haha.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it to be more creative, I just find the app so simple and vague (design speaking). Apart from that, I believe it's pretty great :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I'm away from work for example, and I'm working remotely. My bosses are usually not checking up their messages, but we do have our schedules like aligned with Zoom and I can just send them an invite! I really like that feature as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zoom Workplace for me is the AI Companion. It has completely changed how I work by delivering instant meeting summaries and clear action items, so I no longer have to spend time taking manual notes. It also makes catching up on meetings I missed incredibly fast. On top of that, having chat and documents integrated right inside the app means I rarely need to switch between different windows just to get my work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most is how cluttered the interface has become. I do appreciate the new features, but the transition to 'Zoom Workplace' feels overwhelming, with too many tabs, icons, and notifications competing for attention. For someone who just wants to jump into a quick video call, the extra “noise” from the integrated mail, calendar, and docs makes the app feel heavier and less intuitive than the original, simpler version of Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of information overload and the burden of manual note-taking. Before, I would spend hours after meetings summarizing my notes and assigning tasks. Now, the AI Companion takes care of that automatically, which lets me stay fully engaged in the conversation instead of typing the whole time. The biggest benefit for me is getting back at least 2–3 hours of my work week that I used to spend on administrative “busy work.”

It is very helpful for conducting interviews and connecting people around the globe.

Honestly, I like having an efficient way to connect, and I have very few concerns even when I’m on Zoom.

I attended so many interviews for my job, and it has been a very easy and efficient way to connect.
Great Image Quality and Easy App Integrations for Audience Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
You can connect other apps to interact with your audience and create subgroups. The image quality is good for recording interviews, and the material can be used for YouTube or other media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve had a good experience with Zoom so far, and I honestly can’t find any issues worth sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can create a dedicated space to work with clients and journalists for many purposes, such as interviews, workshops, and presentations. It’s also a great way to record videos for videopodcasts or other materials we need for owned and gained media.
