Good video conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom gets the job done for work video conferencing. It's accessible from anywhere, making it easy to connect with colleagues and clients remotely. However, it's not perfect. Technical glitches can disrupt meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom facilitates remote work, occasional glitches can be frustrating. Additionally, the recent update introduced some changes that I didn't like at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to access video conference both from my computer and laptop if I'm not in the office. That's very convenient in some situations.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to have virtual meetings once there's internet access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time limits placed on meetings at times.

During the pandemic it really served the purpose by allowing continuance in businesses when they could not meet face to face. It has now become a way of life!
It is very comprehensive with a lot of options.

You can set it up to make meetings for other teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The meeting dates don;t always sync properly

It's better than having a reglar phone call.
Would Be Lost Without It
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is SO easy to use. It's so organized, but also has so many great functions that just make my day so much smoother. Being able to chat individually, in channels, start small groups. It just makes it so easy to communicate. I also like how it syncs with my meetings calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, like any platform, it glitches for no reason, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly communication and meetings. Staying on track, knowing my schedule, being able to easily communicate with colleagues.
