Great Features
What do you like best about the product?
This tool boosts productivity by offering features like chat, phone calls, a whiteboard, and annotation capabilities, along with integration with Outlook. It also includes options to enhance video images and use avatars, which add to its versatility.

Waiting for recording and transcriptions, also multiple files that are created with recording and transcription

This platform enables colleagues from around the world to come together in a single space, making collaboration and problem-solving much more accessible.

Has all the features you need, it's intuitive and easy to use.

When bugs occur, which is rarely, it's not too easy to solve.

It allows me to hold meetings and provides meeting summaries.
Easy Meetings and Reliable Connections, but Lacks Advanced Features
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly simple to bring new clients or team members into a meeting without any technical hurdles. The reliability of the video and audio connections is solid, and it doesn’t require anyone to download complicated tools or jump through setup hoops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Behind the curve compared to other collaboration platforms. The feature set is fairly basic, and the cloud storage system in particular feels clunky and unintuitive. File management isn’t streamlined, and it takes extra steps to find or organize shared content. Overall, it gets the job done, but it lacks the polish and efficiency of more modern tools

Makes it easy to host video calls with clients or partners without running into technical barriers. It streamlines the process of inviting new participants, even if they’ve never used the platform before. For our team, that reliability means less time troubleshooting and more time focused on the actual conversation. It’s not the most feature-rich platform, but it consistently delivers stable, professional meetings
User-Friendly Interface and Great Video Quality, but Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Zoom workplace is to use. The platform is very user-friendly and has a clean easy to navigate interface. Video quality is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the price of zoom workplace. I feel it could be a little cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows me to meet with tenants virtually to perform interviews which saves time and also conduct house showings.

Great Integrations, but Feature Overload Can Be Overwhelming

I mostly liked the integrations between meetings, chat and whiteboards.

Lots of features are sometimes overwhelming..

We are mostly using it for internal meetinfs.
Great for Collaboration, but Initial Setup Can Be Tedious
What do you like best about the product?
I use zoom on a very regular basis for connecting with the folks of my organization. The best features of zoom is obviously how we can integrate it with other softwares. Collaborate together and also, in call messaging and marker are two of the best things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, I believe the initial verification for opening the first zoom call is a tedious process and also I have to be careful about my microphone getting muted and unmuted at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use zoom for all the official collaborations that we have with US folks and also with some foreign customers. Due to a mutual understanding, we prefer zoom over other alternatives
Easy Meeting Tool with Great Calendar Integration and Fun Features
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use for all meetings. The integration of it to the calendar, may it be Outlook, Gmail. It has a couple of features especially the background! Fun and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cannot say anything bad right now - though it could have been better if the free use will be extended to an hour instead of 40-minutes. But hey! who am I to complain - we can always restart the session!

it is the best meeting software where our team can all schedule meetings which benefits a lot earlier its meetings overload causes problems but now its too good
