What do you like best about the product?
That it is a stand alone app if you want and very stable video quality. Also integration with calendar

The cost in additoina to current products is a little high

What do you like best about the product?
It allows for collaboration in a remote environment.

There could be even more collaboration features.

It keeps the team connected in a remote world.
Zoom is the only product we currently use for meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using it for a long time now so I like that I am very familiar with the settings for meetings and webinar that we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support has been VERY challenging, especially when an account needs to be upgraded for a short time frame.

Zoom allows us to have Committee and Board meetings easily.

Zoom is in use daily at our organization and consistently provides the best video and audio of all the virtual meeting platforms we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally have hiccups with Zoom not always remembering me and my settings. I also find the iPad version to be somewhat challenging to use when it comes to updating my background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us meet with customers anywhere at any time. It's also well respected so a natural choice when scheduling meetings with customers.

What I like best about Zoom is the ability to merge schedules to assist with meetings. Voicemails are left virtually and you can read them why continue to handle business.

The glitches that tend to take place from time to time.

Using the zoom chat all day and also being able to connect and use things like notes or the whiteboard.

It can lag at times and the recording minutes are unable to load on the cloud with additional storage.
