Zoom for our Virtual Firm
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows team members worldwide to communicate internally and with our clients as if they were in the same room
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have any dislikes about Zoom
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to seamlessly communicate without being in the same physical location

What do you like best about the product?
We really liked the price difference, functionality, and organization of the features Zoom has to offer. While it takes getting used to coming from another platform, it was very seamless to adopt for me and my entire team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say at this time it is hard to think of many downsides. I'd say if you are using this a Slack replacement then you will miss workflows if you utilized them previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the business communication for my department. Bringing team chat, text, and phone calls to one place where me and my team can collaborate.
Zoom for R/S, Good Service with difficult initial setup and corporate support
What do you like best about the product?
The screen drawing tools for meeting while screen sharing are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial Setup for the company was terrible and the training was so generically scripted only half of it at most was applicable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps keep us connected to our clients and external partners with Voip and Meeting/Screen Sharing tools.
Always a great experience! Use it every day!

The ease of it. Helpful support team. We use it every day.

We've had issues with our internet occasionally working on some computers but I think it has to do with our wifi.

Zoom Helps My Teammates and I Connect While Working From Home
What do you like best about the product?
I feel like Zoom is critical for productivity and connecting while working from home. I also really appreciate that I can connect Zoom to my calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Zoom is certain features are very in your face and will pop up in the middle of a meeting and will linger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it much easier to connect while working remotely, while also making it easy to schedule meetings quickly.
Zoom especially with Fathom is a game changer for meetings!

fast and convenient and able to bring multiple folks together quickly

sometimes difficult to get screen share to work well....

What do you like best about the product?
Our group uses Zoom for professional consultations and trainings, teaching our client base, and teletherapy. For ease of use and relevant features (break out rooms, chat, white board, screen sharing), we've found Zoom to be the best. The interface is easy to work with and when our clients are new to Zoom, the host has been able to step them through successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past the updates may have come at untimely moments causing a delay in our meetings for one or two members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were meeting with clients online prior to the pandemic, but Zoom developed with our growth and reliance on telemedicine, and the transformation went smoothly. The main areas that Zoom impacts for us is the virtual classroom, how easy it is to set up, teach, and break out into smaller discussion groups as needed.

It's pricey, but you get what you pay for.

With an office that's primarily remote, Zoom helps us stay connected with clients around the world. Most recently, rollout of new AI features and Hubspot's Zoom integration have made life easier

Navigating the backend of Zoom rooms is a little trick sometimes.
